Hamas filmed the confessions of the cell & handed it over to the Qatari ambassador al-Emadi who passed it on to the Israeli gov. Egypt acted on this information and arrested al-Sakani. Fatah sees the evidence as a complete fabrication and doesn't rule out Mossad involvement.
