Looks like the shooting scare at may have been a false alarm. Thank goodness. But, here’s the thing: Only in America would everyone at such an event plausibly think that they were abt 2B victims of yet another mass shooting. We are now conditioned to that as 1st thought

Flew to DC from LA to make it to a friend’s 50th bday party. It also happened to be . As I’m getting dressed I hear the voices of women knocking on doors, screaming “help us!” Opened my door. They ran inside. Rumors of gunshots. Everyone ran. Waiting here with them now.

Folks, you simply have to recycle, and you have to stop using single-use plastics. No more plastic bags at the grocery store that you’ll use 60 minutes to get the food home but will take 600,000 years to decompose. Also, kill zip lock bags and use plant-based garbage bags.

Since MBS came into power two years ago, Saudi Arabia has escalated its crackdown against critics and activists. Now, there are fears three prominent scholars will be executed; Salman al-Awdah, Awad al-Qarni, and Ali al-Omari.

I writing my new book because I sick of talking about race. I’m so over these admonitions to “have a conversation.” I’ve moved on to the “don’t talk about it, be about it” school of thinking.

When people — or even parties — are they are on the right side of things morally, legally, spiritually, when they speak the truth forthrightly with the power of conviction, when they are genuine and authentic rather than craven, people see the light in it and are attracted to it.

And for God’s sake (just in case he or she exists), please stop putting all your eggs in the “working-class white voter” basket. Some candidates are building their whole campaign around being able to appeal to this one demographic. Focus more on the faithful than the fickle.

Who are you, Democrats? Serious question. Answer it. Do you truly believe in the answer you give. Does that answer lift and inspire you and give you hope for a better, greater America? If so, TRUST THAT! Choose a candidate that embodies that answer. Demand that your reps do too.

For instance, I absolutely HATE that so many Dems are basing their primary picks on who they feel is more likely to defeat Trump. That strategy is doomed to failure. If Dems continue this they get a candidate as an instrument rather than an inspiration. That person won’t win.
