I think has serious questions to ask over the way they covered this story - both today and yesterday allowing spokespeople for Lord Lester to speak with no countering argument. This is so deeply sad.

We have ZERO years left to take action. Ten years is (an overly conservative estimate of) when we cross into dangerous territory in the absence of immediate action on climate.

i accept their right to make their argument - but it's ironic that they were on the radio to complain that they were NOT allowed to make their argument. and here they were, making it with no counter argument whatsoever. felt pretty improper.

Yes. and this was the second day they have allowed someone to make Lord Lester's case at length - Lord Pannick spoke on his behalf for about 10 mins yesterday. was stunned to hear them do it again today.

May is rubbish. Historically rubbish, worthy of a whole chapter in the history books exploring her unique inadequacies. But at least she's tried. The protesters today, out there demonstrating against the existence of reality, are a much sadder spectacle.

No! that's what freaked me out! It was John Kerry and he was saying we needed urgent action. I nearly choked. of course they hurried him on from this unpopular and depressing subject....

We have to reduce food waste. The figures are something ‘s Patron and we are passionate about. ‘Around 25 per cent of all the meat produced – equivalent to 75 million cows, is not consumed’ it's a waste of life

Bloody hell, African swine fever has been found in animal feed in China. That is terrifying.

I can exclusively reveal that the main thing that activists, homeless people and Roma campaigners in Hungary have said is that it's utterly vital to defend a free press. We're now £478 away from £20,000. Who can help get us there before the night is out?
