So you do think that an appointee should be held accountable by elections, but you don't think that a minister should be held accountable by their stakeholders. This is a hell of a civics class.

To be clear Raphi, I'm lecturing Arsen about democracy, which is what he seems to be struggling with. Given that the Jerusalem Municipality prevented a Palestinian Jerusalemite from running for Mayor, I think there's a democratic deficit to discuss.
