לבטל לא. לעכב, אולי. ובוודאי ובוודאי להגן על המוחאים. אבל מכיוון שבג"ץ ממילא לא עשה את זה, אבל הוא כן מבטל, מעכב ומגן בסיטואציות אחרות, מוכחא מילתא שהוא בעצם שחקן פוליטי, וכשחקן פוליטי יש להגביל את סמכויותיו (כל עוד אינו נושא באחריות להחלטותיו)

השאלה הזאת היא היא ההוכחה. אם ממשלת ימין יכולה לרמוס את זכויותיהם של אנשים, ורשויות האכיפה רק יוסיפו וירמסו, אז מה אפשר לצפות מממשלת שמאל? (תשובה - עמונה 1).
שתבין עד כמה המצב בישראל אבסורדי, בכנסת הבאה, היחיד שידאג לזכויות עצורים ויתנגד לאלימות משטרתית יהיה פאקינג בן-גביר.

זה בדיוק מה שאנשים לא מבינים בנוגע לסוגיה של "החלשת" בג"ץ. בעיניי מיעוטים בקרב הימין, אין שום אמון\אמונה\ביטחון שבג"ץ יגן עליו בבוא העת מפני עריצות שלטונית. (עיין ערך כל מה שקרה בתקופת ההתנתקות). ולכן אין להם שום בעיה "להחליש" את בג"ץ. אין לו ממה לחשוש כי אין לו על מה להגן. twitter.com/TomerAvital1/s…

אין כאן שיח אחד. יש המבקשים לבטל רגולציה כי היא באמת פוגע בעסקים, ויש פוליטיקאים המבינים את זה, ויש גם שחקנים חזקים המבקשים לעצב את הרגולציה לטובתם, ויש פוליטיקאים המוכנים לתת לכך יד.
אגב, משרדי ממשלה מיותרים לאו דווקא מוסיפים רגולציה. רוב הרגולציה מגיעה מהמשרדים המרכזיים.
