This we know and address. The problem is that Palestinians already can't build in Area C, and this was in Area A+B where the PA issues permits. And now they can't build near the barrier. At some point the security-fabric of life tradeoff becomes so unbalanced that it's unjust

When living in a place is done while our military rules over another people without rights. If we want to keep the land, we have to give everyone in that land rights. If we don’t want to do that, we should strive to leave.

And regarding the rockets, the only connection they have to outposts is that the government uses anger at Palestinians to push an expansionist policy in the West Bank for ideological reasons. We are trying to inform the public that outposts are a threat to our democratic future.
