Saipan son, +Command Sergeant Major Benjamin Palacios, passed away on Nov. 9, 2018, and was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery last Thursday. I presented a US flag that had flown over the Capitol to CSM Palacios’ son Benjamin, II, wife Estella & daughter-in-law Laura.
