Perhaps it has to do with RTE's criticism of Trump on the Golan. Markets aren't concerned with the merits of the issue. They don't like Turkey to be in confrontation with the US. It is already at loggerheads with the US over the S-400, F-35 deals.

@aaronstein1 Thanks for dissecting the S-400 versus F-35 dilemma. But I wondered about the payment situation. Last year Turkey was saying US has to deliver the F-35s as they've been paid for.
