4 in 5 Yemenis now live below the poverty line. 80% of Yemenis now live below the poverty line. Over 24 million Yemenis now live below the poverty line. Does it matter how you describe it? The people of Yemen are living through a humanitarian catastrophe.

Who's got the best moves? Esther or Dr Alexandru? Esther was shot in the leg when her home in Goma was attacked. But thanks to our team in the Democratic Republic of Congo, she's getting better every day. Keep dancing Esther!

You know who Nelson Mandela is. You might also know that he was one of the many prisoners we visited on Robben Island. But do you know what minimum standards the "Nelson Mandela Rules" outline?

The estimates 1 in 4 of us will experience mental health problems in our lifetime. 15% of survivors of war suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. 17% of survivors of war suffer from depression. Mental health is just as important as physical health.

From January to March 2019 we helped 14,067 people in Yemen with prosthesis, artificial limbs, physiotherapy, as well as braces or splints. I'm afraid I don't have the figures for all of 2019 yet.

A bleak outlook for CAR, identified as the most at-risk country in terms of population growth and climate vulnerability. CAR is already one of the poorest nations. Years of violence have led to massive displacements; 2.9 million people would be today in need of humanitarian aid.
