Hi Jim, Thanks for getting in touch. We have been advised the delay was caused by unexpected machine breakdowns & other competing priority works (assisting with missed bin collections) that require to be done. The grass will be cut at the earliest opportunity. ^S

Hi Kira, Brown garden waste bins are only provided to houses that are part of the managed weekly collection service. Flats and tenements are not provided with this service. Hope this helps ^S
