התאור שלך לגבי המצב הינו חלקי, ואני תומך נלהב של פתרון של שתי מדינות, אך אין זה משנה את העובדה שזו לא הגדרה של אפטרהייד, כיבוש כן, אפרטהייד לא. למונחים יש משמעות וחשיבות. אין זה משנה מה נראה לך או לי הגדרה טובה, יש הגדרות מדעיות.

Much intl attention on ending #Israeli occupation. I want to too, but it requires an end to #Palestinian rejection of every possible peace deal, compromise, security arrangements and reunification between #Gaza and #WestBank, otherwise Pals can't sign final deal even if want to.

אני קורא הארץ 50 שנה ומפרסם בו מאמרי דעה. השימוש התכוף ב-"אפרטהייד" משקף חוסר הבנה לגבי המונח והינו חלק מסיקור מוטה שגם בעלי דעות מתונות כמוני ורבים ממכרי אינם מקבלים ונאלצים לקרוא את העתון מחוסר חלופה.יש היום פרשנים בודדים בהארץ הראויים לקריאה. הטון קיצוני ומשיג מטרה הפוכה.
