5 Points Studio is located just outside DTLA in Lincoln Heights. It is a 4000 sqft loft style apartment with a variety of options to shoot. We have a 30ft white cyc, full hair and make up room with wardrobe staging, as well as two separate rooms to be used as production spaces. Check out 5pointsstudio.com for more photos! Included in the rental are Profoto lighting, chimera softboxes, a variety of grip gear, and iMac tethering computer/second monitor are also included. Parking is free on the street from 9am-4pm directly outside the building, or a variety of free street parking is available within a blocks walk. Ground level freight elevator loads directly into unit as well.

CineBlock Studios is a multi-purpose creative space, geared toward Cinematography and photography. The area is roughly a combined 4,200 square feet. It features a massive cyclorama wall 48' W 22' H 18' D Across from the cyc wall is the loft. The loft is built as a multi-purpose space as well. It has 5 points of entry, and can easily be partitioned out into up to 5 separate offices. Below, on the studio main floor, there are 2 full bathrooms with showers, and a separate private vanity. We have a eclectic creative space available for production shoots in the heart of the entertainment industry - HOLLYWOOD (intersections are Melrose & Nomandie Ave). The rate is $45/hour or $360 for 8 hours shoot day. This space is conveniently located near many restaurants, 101 freeway, gas station and any other conveniences you may need. The stage has a mix facility for live and post production sound and Spekulor Cinema Gear Rentals & Production Services is located in the same building. Edit bay & Color Suite is also available! We have several background available including green screen, black and white background.
