Storyline
The decaying streets of Gotham. A city ruled by crime and fear. A city under the watchful eye of masked vigilante, the Batman. The balance of good versus evil is disturbed as a cackling mad-man carves his name into the skin of Gotham City, deep and unrelenting. The Joker makes his mark. And leaves a scar. Written by M.
