How do I obtain information regarding my order history?

You can access your order history using your IEEE Account and signing into "My Account." Access to My Account can also be done by clicking on your name in the top right corner while signed into your IEEE account.


Once you successfully sign in, click on "View Order History." In addition to your order history you can also review your account information to personalize your settings and preferences. You will be able to access your IEEE purchase information for the following:


  • Orders placed in the last year
  • Orders placed in the last two years
  • All Orders
