Stopped in yesterday and picked up a bushel of mediums and a 10 lb box of crab legs. Everything was perfect!!! Gorgeous crabs packed full of meat!!! This was the first stop this Spring/Summer. Many more to come. Typically do this same order 6+ times in the Summer. Next time we're adding a 2nd box of crab legs. They're just too good!!! You can't beat the quality and service of Captain White's!!!

Wonderful experience. Fiancé lived in Japan for 5 years and has been looking for a decent bowl of ramen and he found it here. The only thing missing that would have made it authentic was adding corn...Go figure. I had the beef noodle bowl and it was fantastic, reminded me of traditional beef noodle soup and the ramen noodles were great. The shrimp buns were great! The beef buns were just ok and the spicy cucumber was ok-and not spicy at all. I was hoping for more a flavor to the spicy cucumbers. Overall, I would come back for the ramen!!

We've never tried Russian food prior to our visit Friday evening. If Mari Vanna is any indication, we should not have waited so long. We cannot say enough positive things about the food. The salo plate was delightful, the golden duck was just magically good, even the simple side dish of buckwheat was a unique pleasure.

What a great hidden gem of Georgetown. On Fridays, top comedians from the D.C. area get to work on material in a room that feels like a classic comedy club, with low ceilings and an audience that is there to listen. Comedy is big in D.C. at a time when we need it most. I'd highly recommend the Friday night show if you are a true comedy fan.

Our stay at the Trump International Hotel was outstanding. The place is beautiful as I expected and the service was unparalleled. Every employee was kind, helpful and courteous. They genuinely seemed to love their job. We have stayed in other 5 star hotels around the world, but the service here was by far the best. I think it is worth every penny. We enjoyed multiple meals there as well and they were creative, delicious and far from skimpy. We will definitely be returning.

It's a hotel. But, it is well laid out, and the meeting facilities are good. Of course, the hotel also connects to the convention center. The bar and restaurants are centrally located, and their are decent vegan food options. If you like craft beer and wine, the selections are substantial. The wifi is good, free for rewards members. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, even those that face the middle atrium space. When the weather is good, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

When you visit these monuments and you see thousands of people from all over the world visiting you have to realize that America is a nation of inclusion. Welcoming peoples from all over the world, giving anyone from anywhere a chance to live free and a chance at the American dream is what makes this country great. It has never stopped being great. That greatness should not be challenged by small minded political fear.

Want 2 come back in the Spring when everything is in full bloom. Caught an hour b4 closing on Sunday. Still enchanting. Fun way 2 end r day of The National Portrait Gallery & The Tudor House. We will b back!!!

I've been to the Newseum before, when it first opened. This time I returned with six preschoolers. Although the museum would not make my list for the top 10 museums for "little people," because it really doesn't have a section that caters to children under eight, there was more than enough for my little ones to enjoy for a solid 90minutes. They loved the huge screen upon entry, because they're familiar with many of the public figures they saw flash across the screen. The Civil Rights exhibit intrigued them as well, since they were familiar with some of the terminology and a few of the people posted. The wall that displayed the past presidents and their dogs was a hit. And of course the icing on the cake was the area where they could pretend to be news reporters. What I loved was the overall customer service we received. We went on a Tuesday @ 10:30am and we practically had the place to ourselves. We were greeted by friendly security guards. One of them gave each child their own microphone to keep for "reporting the news." Ms. Kim, acted as a docent, and gave them their own private tour of the studio. When it was time to leave, another employee (I believe Ms. Cheryl?), commended the children on excellent museum behavior and gave them an additional "goody" to take home. All in all it was an excellent end to our Social Studies module on Weather. Thank you Newseum, we look forward to visiting again next year! -God's Little Ones Early Learning Center

We had a great time at the ISM. There is a lot to see and a good mix of visual and sound so my 5 y/o was able to enjoy it. There is a bit of reading which we had to gloss over so I would do it again without the youngest. It took us a little under 2 hours to get through but we breezed through some of the exhibits. I could see it easily taking 3-4 hours if you spend time reading each exhibit and watch all the featured shows. I was a little bummed one video on the female spy who got caught stopped working but all and all it is a great museum. It was a busy day but they did a good job keeping the flow of people traffic within reasonable limits so it wasn't jam packed. You should buy your tickets ahead of time. I didn't realize this and we ended up with tickets for the last hour of entry. We did the spy city scavenger hunt before we went into the museum. That was a lot of fun for my 9 y/o. They give you a tablet so you really only need one per family. I wish I had known this. I ended up buying two tickets when I only needed one. The scavenger hunt looped us around a few D.C. Blocks. It was neat to see all the buildings and restaurants. It was a fairly simple step by step activity yet challenging enough to keep my husband entertained (and confused). I highly recommend the spy museum.

This is the best book store. We travel to DC often and with every visit we load up on the best, latest, and most interesting books from Politics and Prose. The staff is polite, friendly, and on top of the latest best sellers. If they don't have what I am looking for they will order it and mail it out. It is a must stop for anyone in DC.
