New CDC-Funded Study Finds Some Vaccinated Children More Likely To Get COVID

COVID-19 vaccines for children never made any sense. Which is why many sane countries in Europe never offered or recommended them to children at all. Some even specifically banned them from use for most under the age of 30.

Presumably since "The Science™" is an immutable state of inarguable consensus among every expert, medical doctor and public health professional on earth, that same standard would have also been applied in the United States as well. Right?

Of course not.

The Science in the United States has been different than The Science in Europe, because there is no such thing as "The Science," but merely a series of evaluations concocted by individuals with different backgrounds, priorities, political goals, and ideologies. As such, we not only encouraged and recommended COVID vaccines for children, but in certain jurisdictions we wanted to force them on young kids, or babies down to six-months-old.

All of that has been based on an inaccurate assessment from one of the many branches of The Science, that they would stop transmission from one person to another, or prevent kids from being infected themselves. Now another study, funded by the CDC, keepers of The Holy Science itself, has shown how spectacularly wrong that was. No wonder trust in the experts is at an all-time low.

There's no end to the misinformation on masks.

As we rapidly approach 2025, almost five years after the start of the pro-mask flip-flop, there has yet to be a study or new piece of evidence showing that masks have ever been effective against respiratory viruses. Decades of research pre-2020 have led to one inescapable conclusion: masks don't work.

Data on mask wearing compliance, mask mandates, and gold standard evidence reviews post-2020 have all confirmed what we already knew. Yet a committed group of activists, who refuse to admit they’ve been proven wrong, have continued down another desperate path, flailing after any glimmer of hope that would validate their commitment to their political ideology.

Just this week after completely their investigations they released their final report: a 500-page explanation of the best available information on exactly what happened. And, boy oh boy, does it not reflect well on anyone, from Dr. Anthony Fauci to President Joe Biden and their many allies on down.

It's been five years since the first official COVID-19 case was announced in China, almost certainly the result of a leak from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. With a possible assist from U.S. taxpayers, thanks to the arrogance and stupidity of the National Institues of Health grant process and its leadership, Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins.

After half a decade of COVID, you'd assume that much of the inexcusable hypocrisy that became an inseparable part of the pandemic would have faded. But to do so would be to undersell just how ferociously committed to that hypocrisy the COVID compliance officers became in the past few years.

On Tuesday evening, President-Elect Donald Trump made the best single decision of the transition period as he prepares to return to the White House in January. He named Dr. Jay Bhattacharya as head of the National Institutes of Health.

Dr. Bhattacharya is eminently qualified for this position; he graduated from the Stanford University School of Medicine with an MD in 1997, then received a Ph.D from Stanford Medicine in 2000. He has a BA, MA, MD and Ph.D, has worked as a professor of medicine, economics and health policy and is the director of Stanford's Center for Demography and Economics of Health and Aging.

But more importantly, Dr. Bhattacharya represents a complete rebuke and repudiation of Anthony Fauci, Francis Collins, and previous leadership at NIH. Because unlike them, he's not a career politician, he's been a victim of the censorship and criticism that they never have, and he actually follows evidence and science instead of ideology. That's why he and a few other scientists created the Great Barrington Declaration; a more reasonable blueprint for handling the COVID-19 pandemic.

Because he dared speak up against the government overreach of lockdowns, school closures, and mask mandates, the media's reaction to his appointment has been outrage. As always, seeing someone outside their circle running an important government agency is too much for them to handle. And that's exactly why Bhattacharya is the best pick Trump has made yet.

Surprise, Surprise, Anthony Fauci Lied Again

Anthony Fauci is an admitted liar. He's admitted that he lied about what he believed the threshold for herd immunity would be in order to encourage more vaccinations. His embarrassing (and inaccurate) defense of his flip-flop on masks was that he lied about the efficacy of universal public masking in order to prevent hospital supplies from running low.

He has denied any culpability in school closures, forcefully claiming that he had no part in it. While ignoring that he repeatedly warned publicly that schools should be closed.

It's become a common tactic for the now 83-year-old doctor to use semantics to avoid taking responsibility. He didn't forcibly close the school doors himself, therefore it's not his fault. During testimony under oath, he repeatedly, hundreds of times even, answered that he didn't recall conversations or events that would clearly be damaging to him. He then, however, wrote a book where he miraculously recalled in exact detail what he was thinking and saying years prior.

Fauci's proclivity for misleading and spouting dishonest answers is one of the many explanations as to why there has been such a diminished degree of trust in him, and public health at large. And sure enough, a new release of his emails has shown yet again that he happily plays fast and loose with the truth.

Boy oh boy, does it pay to be Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Fauci, remember, has repeatedly lied and misled the American people. Both in his public pronouncements and endless media appearances, and under oath in testimony before Congress.

He also hid information from FOIA requests by using a private Gmail address to communicate. Possibly at the instruction of an employee within his National Institutes of Health who specialized in telling employees how to hide information they didn't want made public. His top lieutenant also was embroiled in scandal, deleting emails and telling outside collaborators to send sensitive information to private addresses.

COVID-Era 'Experts' Are Once Again Having A Meltdown

Anyone who paid attention to COVID-era policy and our pandemic response knows that the “expert” class comprehensively disgraced itself since 2020.

Instead of unbiased, objective analysts and research, the entire scientific and medical community completed its long-standing turn into political advocacy . Refusing to listen to critics, they instead demanded that the entire global public listen to their dictates, without question.

“Follow the science” was an endless mantra; a patronizing dismissal of individual liberty, responsibility, and an anti-reality position that dismissed dissenting scientists. And there were plenty who dissented.

Understandably, public trust in these institutions and experts has collapsed. The CDC, NIH, FDA and other agencies have seen their favorability ratings fall dramatically, to historic lows. Even trust in the medical profession and individual doctors has collapsed.

You’d assume then, that those in those fields would approach the ensuring years with humility, respect for the public they supposedly serve, and perspective.

They have not.

The combined efforts of the media and “expert” hive mind have created a singular acceptable public viewpoint in response to normal respiratory virus season: Get vaccinated, or else.

There are any number of people, professions or institutions to blame for the abuses of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The media should absolutely receive more than its fair share of blame, given their relentless promotion of masks, lockdowns, school closures and any other mandate to restrict individual liberty. Institutions, corporations, tech companies and social media platforms also must share the blame for blindly accepting government misinformation, and in some cases, censoring users for daring to tell the truth. Obviously the politicians who devoted themselves to safetyism, objectively poor policies, and a refusal to update positions as new evidence emerged should definitely receive some well-deserved criticism.

However, the primary villain of the entire debacle is the public health profession as a whole.

Local public health officials took their marching orders from national public health “experts,” housed at institutions like NIAID and the National Institutes of Health. Anthony Fauci, Francis Collins, Deborah Birx and many others put their collective thumb on the scale to ensure that their preferred narratives were viewed as the only acceptable opinions allowed, the result of which caused immense harm and damage in the process.

There’s now a plan to finally reign in some of the excesses of the national public health industrial complex.
