Most legends fall somewhat short of their reputations. Katz's is as good as I'd heard, and then some. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and the food is out of this world. My wife, my son, and I each got half a pastrami sandwich and split a plate of steak fries. My son also inhaled a bowl of matzo ball soup, which he declared to be the best he had ever eaten. The owner came over and welcomed us. It was a wonderful experience and an outstanding meal.

I loved the atmosphere, ambiance and the music, the wine list was nice. Of course everything is marked up because of where youre eating and location. I wish the food matched. The steak tartar was served in a dish that made it look like wet Cat food unfortunately and it was served with cold slices of what was grilled bread. Staff was quick to remove it and take it off the bill thankfully. They replaced it with Caesar salad but never offered freah cracked pepper. Server greated us automatically pouring us tap water, would have like to have been asled if we wanted bottled. They brought bread with no butter even though he had it on him in the basket. We had to ask for it. The lamb came out over done, ordered it mid-rare and came out mid-well on some of the cuts. Which was odd because the others were cooked right. I think for the price I paid the service could have been a bit more professional with proper table service (reaching across me to pour water etc) and the food issues. But, all in all and mostly because of my company and the ambiance, I would probably go back and give it another go. It did become an intregal part of a very important and special evening for me.

There was a line but because we checked in with the lady we got in pretty quick. Cute little place busy as hell but so worth it. Not to mention they played all the best music. Burger was one of the best I had anywhere, and the shake was so obscenely good I wish I could of finished it! I loved our server Jade she was such a sweetheart. Im from Delaware and I'd go up just to have the stuff here. Hope I get jade again! You can't leave NYC without coming here.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I came here for my 25th Birthday at 2am. Pretty much the only rooftop still open at that time. I tried to make a reservation online but I did not receive a call back so I just went. Me and my two friends walked inside the hotel and was asked if we were on the guest list. We weren't but he looked at us and said to show the security our id's. We were in! We went to the 16th floor and when I tell you the place is a pure hidden gem omg. Beautiful chandeliers, the view is amazing, music is dope, people have great energy. A glass of Chardonnay was 20 bucks but it was delicious. Great turn out. I'd come here again and again.

Was my wedding weekend. I wanted the Trump but the new wife wanted the Plaza (because of home alone lol). At check in we were upgraded from a suite to some bedroom suite. I don't know the difference but it was nice. The hotel had a lot of traffic with tourists which spread the help thin though the employees were great any time there was interaction. The food selection is not plentiful and the prices are outrageous but that is to be expected. I asked for something special since it was our honeymoon. I didn't not get specific. That night we came back to the room to rose petals, a desert assortment and a bottle of champagne. I assumed I'd be charged which would have been fine but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they did it complimentary. We booked through centurion Amex and also got a late 4pm check out which was great and essentially gave us an extra day to enjoy. We also got a very reasonable rate for our suite. So overall it was a great experience. Just be prepared to spend. Overall I would say it was worth the money for the experience considering the late check out and the complementary champagne and rose petals in the room. That really won me over for a positive review. Great for a special occasion or just for the experience. The staff was all very friendly and helpful as one would expect. Also, unecpectantly we sat at champagne bar, got 2 $24 drinks and a dozen oysters. When I went to pay, for no specific reason, the waiter told me no charge. That was very unexpected and left us feeling well taken care of.

Clean, if small, rooms (called cabins). Decent, reasonably priced restaurant. Multinational clientele and staff (sometimes a little weak in command of English). Website says it's at Times Square, when it's really in Hell's Kitchen. One thing that was really annoying, that I have never run into before: an early check-in fee. I arrived at 1240 in the afternoon and was informed that a room was ready, and I could get in right away...for a $25 fee! Otherwise, I would have to wait until 2 pm! They also have the earliest checkout time I have ever seen: 1100 am! You can stay later...for a fee. They would do better by not engaging in such nickel-and-diming.

On my now tenth visit to One World Observatory as of July 30th, 2017, you can truly feel the city's rich and invincible spirit from high atop the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. While the view is the star of the show, the experience from the voices of the construction workers and those that made building this building possible, to the elevator sky pod ascent to the top in 47 seconds truly tells us a rich and historical story. Once inside the observatory, the view is truly the best and greatest view in the world. The birds eye view of the greatest city in the world and of the city I love I never get tired of at all. I absolutely love this view and feel inspired everytime I see this view whether its a see forever clear day like today, or you are inside or above the clouds. It is truly fascinating and it proves that no two days and no two photo shoots are the same. The best part of my visits and experience at one world observatory are the people. Seeing families and people of all ages from adults and parents and their children connected together during their visits are such beautiful candid moments I never forget. To see people from all walks of life from all over the world visit, to see such rich diversity inside one world observatory is truly touching, inspiring, and heart warming to me. Together we are connected as ONE inside ONE as one large and beautiful human family. ♥ ♥ There is no one better, more top notch, and professional than the tour ambassadors inside one world observatory. They are truly top notch and an encyclopedia of information as it pertains to this city and this building and site and they are some of the best and most wonderful people in the world. If you have a chance to meet these amazing people during your visit, what an honor and privilege, they are the true stars of the show. Earth awareness is an excellent habit to practice in our day to day. Being a member of the NYC awareness and having a chance to see the ramifications of our improper disposal of waste was a need. Not all waste are biodegradable and the end result of those that are not, can be very costly and very unhealthy. Today, hence forth, we need to make disposal a mindful quality practice to ourselves and for our environment; it is a good thing, do it!

I am in Central Park almost every morning (before the sun rises over the Upper East Side and the sunday's reflect magically in the windows in buildings on Central Park West). There is only one other place I love equally, that is for me, an avid opera lover, the Metropolitan Opera. BUT, when they are off season as is the case now, I even more often enjoy this glorious paradise in middle of Manhattan. I often think how thoughtful the planners were and what incredible job Olmsted and Vaux did with the design, and am grateful that they succeeded, which surely were not always easy. Love, love Central Park!

Despite the horde of people there just 30 minutes after opening (it was raining outside) and despite the massive confusion of where to go to enter the museum, it was actually fairly pleasant despite how rude tourists can be as far as gathering into a fortress-like wall in front of some of the more famous pieces. I watched one of the staff members flip out about flash photography, but that's forgivable because I stood there and listened to them tell everyone a million times about no flashes and yet people did it anyway. I think it would help if on the placards next to each piece of it said no flash photography allowed. I think the issues the museum has aren't necessarily it's fault, but rather the obnoxious tourists who ruin it for others by not paying attention to what they're doing or where they're going or giving any sort of common courtesy to others. I didn't understand all of the art installations, however, I definitely appreciated the opportunity to see some of the famous works that are there.

It's an amazing huge museum. You should have a very nice breakfast, wear a very comfortable shoes and be there early as it will take the whole day without even finishing it all. You will have history from all ages. Paintings from all ages. Many exhibits and classes to learn new things. If you live in NY a membership would be a great value but if you can't afford it they would not mind you pay $2 at the entrance or get in for free as they have it free often. The museum has a few gardens and an amazing rooftop where you can enjoy the view over Central Park and fifth Ave. It's a must if you are visiting New York as it is a mind blowing and a very powerful experience.

Twenty dollars off fifty dollars purchase.Really when it comes to everyday value the price of awsome.I would not trade Macy's store for nothing. Not to mention wonderful teller like John and Tiana in Bay Plaza,they are very pleasant and serve me with personality that captures your attentions to shop more. When you order in the store your delivery is less days than they tell you. On a scale of one to ten ,9 is it for me with no regrets.Looking forward for my thanks for sharing.
