Our server (Andrew) was great he knew what was in all the drinks we asked about, he knew about all the food dishes, helped us make great choices.... he gets 5 stars. Food was awesome, I don't like rice (lamb chops... great), but this was awesome I am still craving the rice... will be back soon.

Had a great evening listening to live music with friends on the outdoor patio. Couldn't ask for a better atmosphere on a beautiful night. Definitely worth the drive in from Lake Country.

When we were planning our wedding over a year ago we knew we wanted doughnuts rather than a traditional cake. We had a few options in the area but we were sold on Holey Moley because of their connection to many other local restaurants (they are “owned" by Hospitality Democracy) and their experience with catering. The contract was simple and straight forward. We were able to pick up a box of different favors (you can do it over the internet which is a plus when you’re on the go) and taste-test at home. We highly recommend planning it so that you pick up your box to try on a Sunday morning — by far the most fun part of wedding planning was trying all the doughnuts! From there we narrowed down the flavors that we wanted (we settled on 10) and shot them an email. Just like that we were done — they had all the information they needed and all that was left was our final deposit. Our wedding guests were blown away but the taste and “idea" of doughnuts (it didn’t hurt that we built an eight foot wall to display them on!) and continued to talk about how “cool” it was to have doughnuts instead of a cake. Everyone we worked with was professional and timely. We will continue to pick up Sunday morning doughnuts but also use them for events (large and small) in the near future.

Stop #8 of 21 on the Milwaukee Burger Tour took us to Sobelman's on St. Paul. I've been here many times before and there's a reason this place shows up on almost every top burger list in town. I got "The Loser" ($9.25, Colby jack, bacon fried onions) and my son got a double cheeseburger ($9.75, cheddar), we both had fries. Excellent burgers all around. The meat was juicy, the bun tasted great, my bacon and onions were cooked perfectly. Fries were outstanding. My only complaint/regret is the meat to bun ratio with my single patty burger, wish I'd ordered a double as there's a lot of bun on these burgers. Tip: order the double Burger score: Double 4.7, Loser 4.4 Overall experience: 4.35

My experience wasn't with the hotel or the casino, but with the Northern Lights Theater. I had never been there & had no idea what to expect. A friend of mine was in the band (Austin legends Asleep at the Wheel) & had two tickets waiting for my girlfriend & I at will-call. For some reason, I expected it to be pretty bare-boned. I couldn't have been more wrong! Our seats were amazing: the "front row" consists of tables that are actually connected to the stage, with two seats apiece. I've never seen a venue with seats like these, where you could just as easily set your drink on the stage as you could your table. Behind us was a row of semi-circle shaped booths that faced the stage, each having a table. It looked like the entire lower level consisted of such booths. I thought that was pretty cool, although I wondered if that could lead to awkward situations if people had to share a booth with strangers. Waitresses were available to bring drinks, which were very reasonably priced (top shelf doubles for under $10). The upper level looked like it was more traditional seating. Since the whole theater was relatively small, I think it's safe to say that there's probably not a bad seat in the house! I'm hoping to see more bands that I love play there. There's plenty of free parking in a multi-level garage & the staff was very friendly/helpful. Bonus: you can smoke in most of the casino, but it wasn't smoky.

We did not stay, just went to Smyth's for breakfast which was delish and the service was excellent. We were the only people in the restaurant which was a little odd. The place is super cute. Great biker vibe with a lot of hipster mixed in. This is a very dog friendly establishment so if that's not your thing, beware. Guests are even allowed to have thier dogs sit at the table with them. Cool gift shop, free pool, super nice staff, great artwork, overall a cool place to experience.

Went with my Daughters school on March 3. We had a great time and the Robot labs are very cool my daughter loved it. But my only reason why I didn't give 5 stars after our day was done we went back to the compass room for our Items we left and a employee who was standing at the door said you can't go in there as you all made a mess on the floor and we don't want it tracked inside. Then said we will send someone in for you. Also there was lots of ice outside the standard door by the spinning door that some of our group were slipping trying to leave for our buses.

Under the last name Ploor.I went in for a blockage right by the kidney area on March 28,2017. I went in one of the prep rooms to get ready for surgery. All the doctors and nurses were very nice and explained things to me that was going to be done and what to expect. I was scared,nervous & worried. But they made me feel comfortable. Got into surgery on time and afterwards had to wait a few minutes for my room to become available. The housekeeper was finishing cleaning it. Besides that I had to wait an hour for my inhaler to come so I could take it,all in all my stay was great. Everyone was nice,made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. First time for being in the VA hospital. Keep up the great work.

Great venue for a volleyball tourney and would probably visit for a fun day at the beach if we lived here. Even with a beach full of people the bar/grill does a fantastic job of servicing people, the food is excellent (BBQ Pork Sandwich the absolute best), no matter the weather it is a fun and memorable day/weekend.

This was something the whole family agreed on. I have a 12 year old and 16/year old. Both boys. Frankly I was surprised at how much they enjoyed it. The 12 yr old was so engaged and excited, that he pulled me around to show me new things. And my 16 y.o. who is hard to please, hung back to read the placards and learn a few things about plants. I was just happy to visit the desert and the tropics on a cold afternoon. The desert was our favorite dome. Exquisite specimins of large cacti. And we found the hidden sun stone on a treasure hunt. And of course the architecture is so unique. While there we walked through the park and on the bridge connecting to the Hank Aaron trail. This is a wonderful experience that is low key and low priced. (Even had a coupon in the entertainment book)

The Milwaukee Art Museum has always been a great place to visit, but this weekend it featured the exhibit, Art in Bloom, which was one of the most creative and imaginative temporary exhibits I have ever been privileged to experience. I recently moved to Milwaukee and became a member and know that I will be coming back many times and bringing guests but I have to say this was a really great way to begin my experiences there.

We have been on several brewery tours and this is by far the best! Fascinating history, knowledgeable & fun guide who obviously loves the place. It is amazing what they are doing to bring life back to this historic district. Also great lunch at Jackson's Blue Ribbon.

Have you been looking for something and not really know what it is you are looking for? Take a trip to American Science & Surplus Milwaukee, the store that has at least one thing that you really need, and more than a few that you probably don't, but talk yourself into buying anyway. It takes me hours to go through this place, there is so much to see! Even the sale signs are something worth your attention! Make a visit this weekend! No disappointments here!!!

Excellent experience at Site 1A! Without a doubt the best club Milwaukee has to offer. The doorman luke had great energy and was very professional. A refreshing change compared to most other venues. The layout has a good flow and plenty of room to move around. High end light and sound system, second to none.
