To add Google Analytics to your Medium custom domain, send us your Analytics ID UA- , publication URL, and publication name.

Google Analytics can only be added to custom domains. 

Limitations of Google Analytics on Medium:

Google Analytics will NOT reflect sessions from users who:

• Visit your publication through Medium’s native iOS and Android apps 
• Visit your publication in incognito mode or have otherwise opted into Do Not Track
• View your story via RSS or Instant Articles
