I've loved Giordano's since first visiting Chicago around 2010. Anyone I know visiting Chicago is directed to Giordano's to experience true deep dish pizza they'll never forget. I have been dreaming of Giordano's for years. I was so ecstatic over the Columbus location that my entire Columbus family joined me shortly after you opened and fell in love too. Tonight was a special late pick up for my daughter having surgery tomorrow because she loves Giordano's. There was a mishap with our order and an unexpected wait. The manager (I assume) handled the situation with such kindness and grace. Your other employees continued smiling even after the restaurant was closed and they were finishing up their shifts. That speaks volumes of the great folks you employee. This is still 5 star pizza and 5 star customer service. Top notch. I really appreciate meeting great customer service when problems arise. We'll continue to gorge ourselves on your amazing delicious pizza! Thank you for everything!

This place needs new management bad!!! I've been there for car shows and bike nite food is always cold or Luke warm especially fries who in the hell wants to eat Luke warm or cold fries or wings. Get it together this happens all the time even if they aren't busy and when you make a point if the items being cold the management says we're really slammed sorry or do nothing. Bad customer service and quality that's what brings people back.

I want to thank the entire staff starting with the ER on Sept 4 to my discharge on Sept 8. Every person I came into contact with was pleasant, caring, and did all they could to help me through my illness. This includes the ER and patient room staff. The food was good. I loved having a choice of items and time. With one exception - I entered the ER with severe dizziness which led to vomiting and release of all intestinal material. The doctor concentrated on the vomiting and bowel issues and the medications I was on and pronounced that I had severe gastrointestinal issues. I said No, I don't. The dizziness brought on all the other issues. Finally, because I stayed dizzy and had low potassium they kept me for observation - 4 days. I had vestibular neuritis and BPPV. Once getting to my room I was treated with great respect and care. Perhaps the ER doctors should learn to listen to the patient a bit more.

This past Saturday my girlfriend and I were parked in front of Buckeye Donuts when we noticed that we had a flat tire. We pulled right around to the corner immediately on the side of the building where I changed the flat for an emergency spare. When I was almost done, a guy comes out the side door with a bag of hot and fresh blueberry Donuts! Are you serious?! They were amazing! He said he just wanted to give us a little something to brighten our day since it looked like we were having trouble. I can't thank these guys enough for their hospitality and consideration! I also thought it was pretty hilarious that he gave us donuts for putting on a donut! Thank you so much Buckeye Donuts!

Yesterday I visited Axis for the first time and had the time of my life! Wait times for drinks were insanely quick and the bartenders were so kind and fun. My favorite part of this club was the diverse crowd that, even if you accidentally bump into someone (which was likely to happen last night due to how busy it was) everyone was understanding and having a good time. The music was upbeat and easy to dance to; no part of this night was disappointing. Just a heads up to those planning on drinking: this bar pours heavy for a very reasonable price! Make sure to visit the bartender on the patio, he will make your night great!

I've always been a fan of the Columbus Square Bowling Palace. Truly feel it is the number one stop for all your bowling needs in Central Ohio. With it's 24 hour hours, it really is a great place to hang out with your family and friends. Used to come here as a kid alot and it was always a great time. While I am not a really good bowler per say, I would really like to improve my skills possibly. I've eaten at the kitchen/restaurant numerous times and it has always been good since I tend to eat quite a bit. And the bar is an interesting place as well with alot of great people. The bathrooms are also very clean always and that's a major plus for all places in this day and age. The General Manager John is a really nice guy and he really makes bowling in Central Ohio a great activity for pretty much anyone and everyone regardless of their skill level. Really hope to do business with this company in the future on a variety of levels.

This was a great place to stay. We live in town but just wanted to get away for the night and it really made us feel like we were away. It's within walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars and the view was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean and cozy. Will definitely be back

Appreciated the suite layout. Huge! Recommend booking a river view suite. Parking garage entrance can seem a little hard to find at first and parking fee with in/out privileges is $25. There isn't an actual driveway at the front of the hotel with valet or bellhop service, but pickup and dropoff transportation service is allowed curbside out front. Restaurant on site and Jimmy John's next door are convenient dining/snack options. Our 6th floor suite had very few issues--clean, nothing yucky as noted by other reviewers' negative experiences. However...if the hotel can muster up a budget to schedule window cleaning more frequently, it would be appreciated by those who booked to upgrade for a better view. The dirty glass was a disappointment.

When we got there, no line, she was wished happy bday, food was fresh and hot! Had a great waitress too! Buffet was well worth the money that night!! Slots weren't so kind to us however. Overall had a really good time!

This is my second Wizard World Comic Con here and, apart from the construction, I feel the Center is great! Only downers for me, so far this year, was the lack of signage and organization and the coffee place closing mid-afternoon, but, as with other complaints, these appear to be third parties at fault. Maybe the Center could make a liaison position that is a single p.o.c. for event organizers and who provides guidelines to help them set up great events.

I worked with the team at Franklin Park Conservatory for a client's wedding on May 27, 2017. While we did have some hiccups along the way, Brooke and their team were quick to look for remedies and were flexible throughout the process. I was impressed with Brooke who - when the facilities team was unavailable to take down the tent side we no longer needed - quickly jumped in to make sure the client was satisfied. Many venue coordinators will hide behind their clipboard and say 'that's not my job,' but Brooke's dedication to her clients is evident in the way she serves. The facilities are beautiful and they even have private suites for the couple should they need a clothing change or just want a private moment together before joining the reception. It's also close to many downtown hotels and churches. Definitely worth a look for those of you searching for a wedding venue in Columbus!

We were surprised when we finally went to experience this very cool park. It's an easy walk from The Museum of Art on Broad. I fell in love with this painting years ago and had no idea it had come to life right here in Columbus. Make this a stop on your itinerary in Columbus. You will be so glad you did!!!

Very innovative art museum. Stimulates the creative side. Great selection of Impressionism, Cubism, modern art. Gorgeous architecture. Super cool & friendly staff. As well as contemporary art from local artists and the like. The viewing room is open spacious, and full of light. Check out their JPM Center for Innovation. Lots of things to do there. Great exhibitions to get you thinking. PS - free on Sundays, and donate what you want on Thursdays. Parking is free in the back lots!. A public GEM.

I am 50 years old and have been going to the Ohio History Connection since I was in grade school. Back then it was called the Ohio Historical Society and I remember going there on quite a few field trips as a kid and then I took my son when he was young. I haven't been in probably 10-12 years and honestly I was expecting to walk in and see the same exhibits I saw in the 5th grade. Boy was I wrong! This place is truly a gem here in Columbus and our great state of Ohio. I took my nieces (age 6-8) and we had a blast! The museum is well organized, updated, and the exhibits are fascinating. We spent a couple hours in Ohio Village as well and that was wonderful too and brought back many memories. I ended up buying a membership and they applied yesterday's admission price to the cost of the membership. Very cool! We will definitely be going back! What a great place to unwind and take in a little of our great state's history!! Great job OHC!! You did not disappoint!

Fantastic equipment! At the Canadian Forces Denison Armouries here in North York, Ontario we recently recieved a wicked piece of Rogue hardward. This thing is a squat rack that also allows you to do your deadlifts, every chin-up variation, upside down ab crunches, chest press, bent over T-Bar rows with the landmine attachment and almost any workout you can possibly imagine! Not only that the customization of where you want to stack your weights on this thing is unbelievable. It also comes equipped with customizable pins for hanging your chains of various weight. This is like a complete gym in and of itself while being built like a tank. I could go on but trust me these guys know what their doing and obviously doing it well. Good to see companies like Rogue really putting the effort and heart into their equipment.

After reading the negative reviews here (are we actually talking about the same mall?) I wanted to follow up with my own review. I've been to Easton many, MANY times over the years since I moved to Columbus and it is still my favorite. Tuttle is closer and has what I need when I just need one particular thing and I want to be in and out fast. Polaris has a few things that Easton doesn't and is nearly entirely indoors which is nice when it's cold but I'm not a fan of the traffic and prefer to walk outside when I can. I'm originally from CA. I've spent a lot of time at high end malls like Santa Monica Place, The Grove and South Coast Plaza. I've gone to nicer smaller malls like Roseville Galleria and Westfield San Francisco. I've been to small, rundown malls that seem to only have shoe stores, no name jewelers, and "import" stores that specialize in "tobacco" glassware. When I see reviews here calling Easton dirty or scuzzy I have to laugh. Easton is not quite South Coast Plaza or The Grove but they are getting closer everyday. They have a great mix of high end name stores like Tiffany and Louis Vuitton and more accessible brands like Bath & Body Works and Macy's while offering a lot of speciality stores as well. I have never had trouble parking and love that they offer free parking lots as well as metered spots when you just want to run into a particular store real quick. I love the mix of the indoor and outdoor shopping. I love the landscaping and holiday decorations. I love all of the outdoor summer events and the fact that they offer a water area for kids to play when it's hot. I have never had anything but positive experiences with guest services, security and other staff. As for dirty? No. Not even now when they have so many stores including most of the indoor section under construction. The areas are clean and safe. And I understand that they have limited time options for getting the work done between rainy season and the snow coming back so they have to work as quickly and efficiently as possible - while keeping the mall open. I went to AMC yesterday to watch The Dark Tower and the theater, restroom, and concession areas were immaculate. The new recliners are super comfortable. The bathrooms are upgraded and pretty. All of the renovation work at the theater was completed quickly and the work was worth it - all without raising the price of tickets! I'm guessing the one and two star reviews are people who were either having a bad day or simply let one negative experience color their view of the mall and that is unfortunate. My family loves Easton and I hope your family will enjoy it too.
