Grant it this location is in City Walk and there is a cast of personalities that the greeting staff has to deal with on any night but the young lady that greeted us rolled her eyes and made an obvious sarcastic face after dealing with the guest in front of us and the greeted us with an "Oh well... hello how many?" A bit unprofessional in my opinion... thankfully Rachel our waitress made the night a total blast. Very attentive, great personality and sense of humor. The food was good too BYW... LOL The shop staff was incredible and very helpful...

Since my sister's wonderful discovery, it's been a delicious tradition to visit every time I'm in Orlando. We have been stopping by even during your days at the previous location. I always look forward to the yummy selections during my Orlando trips, I usually psych myself up by looking through your social media beforehand. My personal favorite items are the Seven Benedict, 7th Trimester Mac & Cheese, cheesy grits, Agua Fresca, and the crack pie. I always order extra to take back home on the road (that's if I do not eat it beforehand). The staff is very attentive, friendly and personable. My only wish is you would create another location down here in Miami, but I know it wouldn't be the same. Keep being awesome and delicious and I will keep coming to fill my pie hole!

Very friendly atmosphere and the food was amazing. My favorite was the cheese platter and I liked the beer sampler;)

The first time I went to visit was a day after the one year anniversary. It was such a heavy feeling of loss and love. My eyes could not help but swell with tears for the lives across the country that have been affected in some way from the tragedy that happened. Yet, through darkness comes light, and I was proud to stand there with many others basking in the love that we had for the fallen and for those who came from all across the world to sign those banners on the fence surround that beautiful place. I felt truly honored to be there, to support this great fight, and not be afraid to let love win. It was a special moment for me to support Orlando, the same way the world supported us in Boston when we were attacked. I am #AmericanStrong. Love is Love is Love. May the families of the Fallen find solace in the comforting arms of those who have come to lend their condolences, paintings, pictures, and candles. May we rise up. Cheers to Love, it is everlasting. I stand with #Pulse.

This resort is perfect!! There's things to do for everyone!! And the new additions to the pool deck are amazing!! Also Vegerenerre(I know I spelled that wrong) at the coffee shop is a huge asset to that shop!! Every time we are there she takes very good care of us. She always has a smile on her face and super friendly. My girls love going to the coffe shop to get her special made toddler hot chocolate!! Go there for all your coffe needs!! Also loved the Select Guest Happy Hour!! What a great idea!! Thank you Lynn Kasten for that it was absolutely perfect!!

Love this Hotel! Let me start by saying we live in Florida And we have been to several Hotels in the Orlando area including Staying at Disney properties, and this Hotel stands above our expectations! We were greeted when we first drove up and It continued through the lobby. When we checked it was an easy breezy experience. We were supposed to be heading to the Keys and fortunately, I had the foresight to make reservations here just in case.... so, here we are. Our 26 yr old son is home on leave and he has even had several remarks about how clean, the grounds are and how friendly the staff is. The pool area is really cool, we don't feel like we are at a hotel and there aren't all the screaming kids like at most of the Disney resorts! I love the sand and the pool staff! It's nice to have pool service with out having to pay the higher cost for. Hotel like the Floridian to get great pool side service. The ladies that clean our rooms are very helpful when we needed extra coffee and actually seem like they like their job. The boat service to City Walk has been great conversations between the 3of us and talking to the captains has been interesting but, I think we all agree Hadley has been our favorite! To end this by saying we have cancelled reservations at Disney and reserved a room for Christmas �! Can't say enough about the staff, the grounds and the amenities!

My husband and I rode the Orlando Eye yesterday for the 1st time. We bought our tickets online and saved about $10. They do offer to take your picture when you get through the Queue but we declined and walked right past the picture takers. The ride was pretty cool we took lots of pictures, after we got off we went to The Great American Cookie for cookies and they gave us a 50% off coupon for the Orlando Eye.. so stop there first and buy cookies��

I have to admit it was better than I thought it would be. Lots to do could definitely spend s Day there but, there’s always a but - when I was watching the alligator wrestling and he drug the small alligator out the water and sat on it and taped its mouth shut and held its mouth and pulled its head back while other people took turns sitting on it and holding its jaws shut and pulling its head back I was taken back and wanted to cry It was definitely not a fine moment for humans sometimes I don’t think people realize what they’re doing until it’s seen from someone else’s eyes.

Words cannot even begin to describe how good this is, I would not be able to do it justice. Mind blowing, leagues ahead of anything else out there at the moment. I Was lucky enough to be at a special DVC event so at gone midnight and after doing everything else at animal kingdom walked straight on to the ride, i appreciate daytime queues are bordering ridiculous even at minutes past opening they are hours long, but if you like queueing you will not be disappointed! Well done Disney!!! The whole of Pandora is in so much detail, the river ride is also worth doing, a very relaxed ride in comparison but well worth it, brilliant animatronics towards the end of the ride.

Took my daughter for the first time!!! She fell in love with it all! Despite it being extremely hot we enjoyed our day amongst the flora and Fauna!! She said it was so peaceful and relaxing and she could live there!! I loved seeing her face and body relax and just enjoy her surroundings(never really seen my 10 yr.old completely relax). We will definitely be back and just might become members!!

"Here is what they should say.... One of the finest museums I've been too, wish they would have more local flavor. Not very much Orlando related art or artwork. Metropolitan Museum is full of artists from New York, the Louvre Museum is full of French art work, even the Museum in St Petersburg is full of much Russian Art work. Orlando is lacking Orlando Art artwork. Still I love it, one of my favorites.

We took our parents out for a fun, cool, dry afternoon. It was a lot of fun!! My Father in law posed with Derek Jeter & Jackie Chan. He loved it. My mother in law posed with Oprah and President Obama!! My mom posed with her idle, Elvis!! I would have liked it to be a bit larger.it was only about 2 hours to go through the whole thing, but the parents really enjoyed it. So did we!!

Had an absolute blast arrived early, spent the whole day looking about, I got busier as the day went on, loved the little kiosks and food retailers great touch, otherwise didn't have to park took an Uber, so cannot comment on parking. The shops accepted Military Discount in all but one we visited an as UK Military personnel that was unexpected, a very warm and welcoming group in each store, no staff were over burdening, brilliant experience and they love kids! Good job all

I would give the mall itself 5 stars if it were not so hot inside yesterday. I know it was back to school tax free weekend and it was overcrowded, but there is no reason I should be sweating inside a mall restroom and walking close to the "indoor" food court. My suggestion would be to get an engineer to redesigned your HVAC system and get chillers, rtu's and a mega output because this type of mall should be able to keep up with the heat, crowds, cooking, and whatever obstacles they may face. IJS....other than that the mall is great!

Brings the best EDM shows in town. Largest and most beautiful club in all of orlando. 2 stories, 3 rooms, great options for VIP with a variety of table sizes and locations. Darts and pool in the front room for the more casual bar goer.
