Hello everyone, it is a pleasure to be here at Smartcon 2024 hosted by Chainlink. Chainlink is a decentralized oracle network connecting blockchain with off-chain data. “On-chain” is a core business for Chainlink. So today I want to share with you is the topic of the “On-Chain” and “In-Chain”.

Traditional Financial Market vs. Crypto Financial Market

Looking back over the past decade of blockchain development, we see that we are building a new financial market system: the Crypto Financial Market.

Unlike the traditional financial market system, which depends on centralized ledgers and bank accounts record all economic activity with fiat as the unit of account. Since the birth of Bitcoin in 2009, blockchain has adopted distributed ledger, which is based on digital currency accounting, and the corresponding unit of account takes the form of cryptocurrency.

These represent two different financial systems. However, we are seeing the trend of interconnectedness between them.

2025: Interconnectivity

These two markets can connect through five pathways:

1.Stablecoins: Currently, stablecoin transaction volume is forecast to reach $6 trillion in 2024. Tokenizing fiat currencies (PayFi) serves as the largest bridge between fiat and cryptocurrencies.

2.ETFs: Off-chain securitization of crypto assets, which turns digital native assets on the chain into ETFs. Currently, there are close to $70 billion in total positions in the U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF chain, which makes it easy for traditional investors to allocate cryptocurrency assets without having to manage their private keys.

3.Real-World Asset (RWA) Tokenization: Recently RWA (real asset tokens) is a highly discussed new asset class. RWA is that traditional assets are digitized and recorded on-chain through oracles like Chainlink. However, oracles are just the bridge; the ultimate goal is to tokenize assets.

4.Security Token Offerings (STOs): Although this has been discussed for five to six years, we’ve yet to see significant real-world applications. However, in the next six months, many Web3 businesses will begin raising funds and going public via tokens instead of following traditional IPO pathways.

In fact, the above four types of methods need to be carried out through compliant, licensed and regulated financial institutions. So licensed financial institutions are obviously one of the channels to help open the two financial markets.

“On-Chain” and “In-Chain”

Assets exist in two states:

1.On-Chain: All real world assets and digital twins are recorded on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). The key difference between DLT and other ledger systems is that DLT functions as a transparent, global public ledger. When data, information and assets are registered on DLT, global liquidity becomes possible.

2.In-Chain: Digital-native assets such as Bitcoin that originate and exist exclusively on blockchain. These assets can be securitized from on-chain to off-chain, offering traditional investors a straightforward way to benefit from the crypto market without needing to manage their private keys.

Three Methods of “On-Chain” Transition

1.Data On-Chain: Through oracles like Chainlink, Web2 data can be brought onto the blockchain and recorded as assets in a global public ledger.

2.DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network): This has been a very hot topic recently. DePIN aims to bring hardware devices onto blockchain, but "on-chain" is not the ultimate goal. The goal is for devices to be "chained," enabling real-world asset (RWA) tokenization of hardware devices once they are on-chain.

3.Asset On-Chain (DeFi): Tokenizing real-world financial assets on decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms.

Whatever use what methods to “on-chain”. The ultimate goal of “on-chain” is tokenization, which enables assets getting liquidity around the world. No matter where an asset is based, if registered on a DLT, it can be traded by global investors.

DLT’s Two-layer Value

DLT can be applied on two levels. First, we can use DLT to achieve marginal improvements in well-established business models in the real world.

For example, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) advocates using DLT to reduce costs and increase efficiency in bank settlements and clearing. However, this approach does not fundamentally change the existing business model for settlements and clearing.

Additionally, If using traditional methods of cross-border payments, intermediary costs can range from 3% to 6%. Using DLT, however, these fees could drop from 3% to as low as 0.3%. This potential for cost reduction has prompted traditional banks to explore ways to leverage DLT to improve internal processes, including deposits, loans, and remittances. For instance, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority is encouraging banks to tokenize deposits, implementing deposit tokenization.

However, only by viewing DLT as an integrated mechanism and a system-wide transformation can new business models truly emerge. For example, Bitcoin was introduced as an entirely new business model on DLT, which in turn created a new asset class: the token.

The value of tokens on DLT comes from the computer system and serves as a form of usage permission. In the AI era, following the birth of ChatGPT, tokens have also become units of data and pricing metrics. User fees are based on the number of tokens inputted or outputted.

Token: crypto assets

In DLT, the scope of the Token has a greater evolution, it becomes a class of financial assets. Because DLT and blockchain, a new asset class, namely crypto assets, has emerged—one as one of the newest asset categories.

From an asset perspective, tokens are rooted in cryptography and rely on blockchain as a distributed ledger, alongside self-managed digital wallets. HashKey exchanges help users deal with Crypto (virtual currency) trading investments. The biggest difference between HashKey Exchange and a traditional stock exchange is that users have full self-custody of assets. They can withdraw virtual currencies purchased on HashKey Exchange and trade them on other virtual asset exchanges, and vice versa. This flexibility highlights a key distinction between Web2 and Web3.

DLT that meets compliance needs

When the era of interconnected markets arrives, and traditional finance becomes integrated with crypto finance. New demands will emerge for distributed ledger technology, specifically in terms of compliance, KYC, AML, and CFT—Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, and Counter-Terrorism Financing. Because any financial activity, whether in traditional or crypto finance, involves substantial externalities when it comes to deposits, remittances, loans, and investments. Externalities require oversight by independent third parties, so licensing, compliance, and regulation will become increasingly important after connectivity.

In the last decade, we emphasized decentralization, self-organization and distribution. Because from the perspective of infrastructure, it must be decentralized. However, when it comes to the application layer, it will face specific scenarios, specific judicial areas, specific users, and specific needs, so there may be negative externalities, so third-party supervision is required.

HashKey plans to launch HashKey Chain, a layer 2 protocol based on Ethereum, in December. DLT and blockchain are tools, like drill. Users don`t focus on Blockchain technology. Users just want the new applications and assets that are generated by blockchain, which can become an essential part of their investment portfolios.

大家好，非常高興來到 Chainlink 主辦的 SmartCon 2024，Chainlink 是一個去中心化的 Oracle 網絡，將區塊鏈與鏈下數據鏈接起來，所以上鏈顯然是Chainlink的一個最核心的業務，那麼今天我想要來跟大家分享的主題是「上鏈」與「在鏈」。

傳統金融市場 VS 加密金融市場

回溯過往十年區塊鏈的髮展，實際上我們正在建設的一個新的金融市場體繫，即加密金融市場(Crypto Financial Market)。

不同於傳統金融市場體繫，採用分佈式記賬，銀行賬戶記錄用戶的所有的經濟活動，記賬的單位爲法幣的模式。從2009年比特幣誕生以來，區塊鏈採用分佈式記賬，基於數字貨幣記賬，相應的記賬單位採用加密貨幣的形式。

這顯然是兩套金融市場體繫，但是這兩套金融市場體繫，逐漸開始有互聯互通的趨勢。

2025 ：互聯互通

這兩個市場的互聯互通，可以通過以下五個途徑。

第一是 Stablecoin 穩定幣。目前市場預測2024年，Stablecoin 的交易額會達到六萬億美元。通過法幣代幣化的 PayFi，是法幣和加密貨幣聯通的最大一個渠道。

第二是 ETF，加密資産的鏈下証券化，把鏈上的數字原生資産放到鏈下變成 ETF。目前，美國現貨比特幣 ETF 鏈上總持倉量有接近七百億美元，這種方式，方便傳統投資者在不需要管理自己的私鑰的情況下，去配置加密貨幣資産。

第三是最近討論度很高的新資産類別就是 RWA（現實資産代幣化）。RWA 是傳統資産，通過包括像 Chainlink Oracle 上鏈，但上鏈不是他們的最終目標， Oracle 隻是一個通道，目的是上鏈之後是把資産代幣化。

第四個途徑是 STO（証券型代幣髮行），在過去五六年的時間大家一直在討論，但是目前爲止還沒有看到很多實際案例。我相信在未來的六個月的時間就會看到，很多從事 Web3的商業，將股權直接用 Token的形式去融資、去上市，可能不再需要不再走唯一的一條IPO的路徑。

以上四類途徑，其實都需要通過合規、持牌、受監管的金融機構來進行，因此，持牌金融機構顯然是幫助把兩個金融市場，打通的渠道之一。

「上鏈」與「在鏈」

所有的資産存在兩種狀態，一種叫做上鏈，所有的現實世界資産，所有數字孿生的資産上鏈，就是把這些資産數據登記在 DLT(分佈式賬本)上麵。分佈式賬本和之前的所有的賬本體繫最大的不同，就是它是一個公開透明的全球化的公共賬本。當數據信息或者資産能夠登記在 DLT上，那麼就獲得了一個全球的流動性。

另外一種狀態是數字原生資産，本身就髮生在鏈上。例如，比特幣就是一個數字原生資産，它本身就髮生在 Blockchain 上，從鏈上到鏈下需要進行証券化，這就爲傳統金融市場投資者一個非常方便的渠道，在不需要管理自己的私鑰的情況下，也能夠分享加密貨幣所帶來的巨大的一個回報。

「上鏈」的三個方式

上鏈的方式將越來越豐富，也在髮生着一些變化。

首先是數據上鏈，例如從 Chainlink 這個角度來説，把 Web2 世界的一些數據通過 Oracle 搬到鏈上，讓這些數據，成爲一個在全球公開賬本上所登記的資産或者數據。

其次，DePIN （去中心化實體基礎設施網絡）是這段時間非常熱門的一個話題，DePIN 所要做的是把硬件設備上到鏈上。DePIN 上鏈並不是它的最終目的，設備能夠上鏈，是因爲上鏈之後才能夠實現 RWA，把現實世界的硬件設備Tokenisation（代幣化）。

第三個上鏈的方式就是資産上鏈，也就是所謂的 DeFi（去中心化金融），把現實世界的很多金融資代幣化。

不管用何種方式去上鏈，其實最終的目的，或者説希望創造的商業閉環，是 Tokenisation，即代幣化。是爲了資産能夠在全球獲得流動性，能夠方便全球的投資者。無論資産是在中國、美國還是在阿根廷，隻要它在區塊鏈上，隻要它登記在 DLT 賬本上，全球任何投資者都能在 Blockchain 上對它進行投資。

DLT 的兩層價值

在兩個層次上使用 DLT，一個是我們可以用 DLT 來對現實世界非常成熟一些商業模式，進行一些邊際效益上的改善。

比如説，國際清算組織 BIS 推動通過 DLT，對銀行資金結算和清算，能夠降本增效，但它並不改變現在現有清算和結算的商業模式。

除此之外，如果用現有的模式做跨境支付，可能需要付3%到6%中介的成本，如果用 DLT，中介費可能會從3%降到3‰。所以目前傳統的銀行，也紛紛在討論如何用 DLT 來改善銀行內部的流程、存款、貸款、匯款，所以香港金管局也在鼓勵銀行存款代幣化，把存款Tokenisation。

但是，隻有把 DLT 看成是一整套的機製，一個體繫的變革，才可能創新商業模式。比特幣就是在 DLT 上創作出來一個嶄新的商業模式，一個新的商業模式裡，就會創造出來一個新的資産類別，這個資産類別就是 Token。

DLT 上的Token的價值，實際上來源於計算機繫統，是一種使用許可。ChatGPT 誕生之後，在 AI 時代，Token 是一個數據的單位，也是一個計價單位。向用戶收取的費用，實際上是用戶輸入或者輸出的 Token 個數。

Token: 加密資産

在 DLT 裡 Token的範圍有更大的進化，它變成一類金融資産。因爲有了 DLT，有了區塊鏈，創造出一個新的資産，即加密資産（Crypto Asset），這是一類最嶄新的資産類別。

Token 從資産的角度，是基於密碼學，基於區塊鏈這樣的分佈式賬本，基於自我管理的數字錢包。HashKey 交易所，是幫助用戶處理 Crypto（虛擬貨幣）的交易投資。HashKey Exchange 和傳統股票交易所的最大的不同就是，在 HashKey Exchange 交易的所有 Crypto，或者所有 Token，用戶自我管理資産，可以將在 HashKey Exchange 購買的虛擬貨幣取出，到其他虛擬資産交易所交易，反之亦然，這也是 Web2跟 Web3最大的不同。

能滿足合規需求的DLT

當互聯互通時代到來的時候，當傳統金融和加密金融市場互聯互通的時候，對分佈式賬本有新的需求産生，這個需求就是合規、KYC、AML 和 CFT，就是認識客戶、反洗錢和反恐融資。因爲隻要涉及到金融，不管你是傳統金融還是加密金融。存款、匯款、貸款以及投資交易，都具有非常大的外部性。外部性需要獨立第三方的監管，所以持牌、合規、受監管，在互聯互通之後會變得越來越重要。

在過去的十年時間裡麵，大家強調去中心化，強調自組織，強調分佈式，因爲從基礎設施的角度，一定是去中心化的。但是走到應用層的時候，那就必然會麵向具體的場景，具體的司法區域，具體的用戶，具體的需求，那麼有可能會産生負麵的外部性，因此需要第三方的監管。

所以，HashKey 計劃在十二月份推出 HashKey Chain，基於以太坊的二層協議。歡迎大家跟我們來合作，HashKey Chain 與其他 Chain 不同的地方是，我們會提供，從 KYC、AML 到 CFT ，不同層次、不同的金融服務、不同的金融産品，對 KYC 的要求可能會有區別，讓大家能夠在合規、受監管的前提下，安全地從事區塊鏈上麵的應用，尤其是涉及到虛擬貨幣以及 Token 方麵的應用。

「客戶要的是牆上的洞，而不是手中的電鑽」

最後，我想以德國博世公司 CEO 的一句話結束本次演講，客戶想要的是牆上的那個洞，而不是手中的電鑽。

DLT、Chain 都是電鑽，用戶不是要 Blockchain，是要基於區塊鏈上的很多應用，基於區塊鏈，基於分佈式賬本所創造出來的很多新的資産，這些資産能夠成爲用戶資産配置裡不可或缺的一個環節。

Three Cognitive Revolutions

Recently learned about “three cognitive revolutions” of human history from Harari’s new book "Nexus: A Brief History of Information Networks from the Stone Age to AI”.

The first cognitive revolution occurred tens of thousands of years ago when language was invented. Language gave birth to the human society where people learned to collaborate and exchange ideas.

The second one took place thousands of years ago when words were formed. With words, people were able to better communicate and pass on their concepts and ideas from generation to generation.

The third one occurred just a few decades ago, with the invention of computer languages and codes. I believe it is also when AGI revolution started, because codes, human languages, and words all act as tools of human cognition and expression.

In the current digital society, algorithms, computing power, and data are regarded as the infrastructure. While in the era of AGI, “Token” is frequently talked about to define certain functions of AI.

Five Stages of AGI Development

OpenAI divides the development of AI into five stages. Two months ago, we just entered the second stage. However, with the launch of OpenAI's GPT-4 (referred to here as "o1" for brevity), the second stage has been officially achieved. And just a week ago, Elon Musk's unveiling of the self-driving technology (RoboTaxi) indicates that the third stage is also imminent.

OpenAI defined five distinct stages AI development, from rudimentary chatbots to advanced systems capable of doing the work of an entire organization.

Stage 1: Chatbots, AI with conversational language

Stage 2: Reasoners, human-level problem solving

Stage 3: Agents, systems that can take actions

Stage 4: Innovators, AI that can aid in invention

Stage 5: Organizations, AI that can do the work of an organization

AGI and ASI

There is another way to describe AI’s roadmap, where AI is classified into two categories: General AI (AGI) and Artificial Superintelligence (ASI).

When will we have ASI? In his book “The Singularity Is Near: When Humans Transcend Biology” published in 2005 and his new book “The Singularity Is Nearer: When We Merge with AI”, Ray Kurzweil predicts we will likely achieve ASI by 2030. But recent predictions reveal that we will likely reach level5 AI between 2026 and 2030, this is when ASI is about to happen.

UBI and UHI

AI training requires loads of data, but garbage data only produce garbage results. Reports show that LLMs tend to collapse if trained by AI-generated data, so we need random data generated by humans, instead of data generated by LLMs themselves with other AIs.

That’s why Universal Basic Income (UBI) makes sense. People provide data that makes AI smarter, and AI produces value to human in return.

Someone also proposed “Universal High Income (UHI)”, which argues that the savings from automation are passed on to consumers

Value Laws in the Digital Age

The digital economy comes with high fixed costs and low marginal costs. This allows valuable products, goods, and services to achieve exponential growth.

The digital economy is beyond time, space, entities, and organizations, that’s why we need blockchain and tokens to ensure seamless payment settlement and asset identification. In the digital world, physical laws may no longer exist, and the factors of production will be algorithms, computing power, and data.

In the digital era, newly created wealth are generally measured in digital form. And token is regarded as one of the parameters.

Types of Tokens

There are four primary types of tokens:

Payment tokens

These tokens are used for payments. Many countries are making laws to issue licensed, compliant stablecoins.

Utility tokens

These tokens derive from computer tokens, representing the right of internet use.

Security tokens

These tokens are related to STO, RWA, DeFi, etc.

Tokens as savings

These tokens refer to cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin.

Two Financial Markets Coexists

Bank-account-based financial system and crypto-account-based financial system will coexist, and they are likely to interconnect by 2025 through stablecoins, ETFs, RWAs, STOs, and licensed institutions.

10月17日，由萬向區塊鏈實驗室主辦的第十屆區塊鏈全球峰會圓滿結束。本次峰會以「技往開來」為主題，共吸引了數百名參會嘉賓，多位來自全球的重磅意見領袖，周邊各類行業活動達到數十場。會上，中國萬向控股副董事長兼執行董事、萬向區塊鏈董事長兼總經理肖風博士發表了閉幕演講《在AGI時代重新定義Token》

以下為演講全文，整理自現場速記，有部分不影響原意的刪減。

各位朋友，大家辛苦了。經過一整天的密集交流與分享，可能每個人都感覺很燒腦。在此，我願為大家帶來一些更為輕松的話題。

我今天想與大家探討的主題是「在AGI時代重新定義Token」。實際上，「Token」一詞早於區塊鏈便已存在，但其內涵與定義卻一直在不斷演變與迭代。因此，站在今天這個時點，我們有必要重新審視並定義Token，以證明其並非邪惡之物，而是一個正當且富有價值的詞彙。

人類的三次認知革命

要深入理解Token經濟學的核心價值，或許可以從數萬年前的人類歷史講起。我近期閱讀了一本新書，名為《智人之上》。書中提到，一位科學家將人類歷史劃分為三次認知革命。

第一次認知革命發生在數萬年前，人類發明了語言。語言的誕生使得人類社會得以形成，協作成為可能，思想得以交流。在此之前，這些活動都極為困難。

第二次認知革命則發生在數千年前，人類發明了文字。文字的出現不僅促進了交流，更使得一切知識與經驗得以沉澱與傳承。人類社會因此得到了更好的發展。

第三次認知革命則發生在數十年前，隨著計算機語言與代碼的發明，人類社會邁入了新的時代。我認為，這次革命並非始於大模型時代，而是在上世紀計算機語言與代碼被發明時便已悄然開始。因為代碼、人類的語言與文字，都是人類認知與表達的工具，它們共同推動著人類社會的進步。

如今，在數字社會與虛擬空間中，算法、算力與算據成為了構建新社會的基礎。而在AGI時代，Token一詞再次被頻繁提及，用以定義AI的某些功能或作為定價的基礎。

從代碼到大模型時代，人類正在完成第三次認知革命。

AGI發展的五個階段

Open AI將AI的發展劃分為五個階段。兩個月前，我們剛剛進入第二階段。但隨著Open AI的o1的推出，第二階段已正式達成。而就在一個星期前，埃隆·馬斯克發布的無人駕駛技術（Robo Taix）則預示著第三階段也即將實現。

第一階段是聊天者，ChatGPT已經幫我們實現了這一目標。

第二階段是推理者，機器開始具備思考能力。圖靈在1950年提出的「圖靈測試」正是為了測試機器的思考能力。而隨著o1的推出，我們可以回答圖靈的問題：機器確實可以思考。

第三階段是智能體，機器不僅具備思考能力，還具備了行動能力。馬斯克的無人駕駛技術正是這一階段的典型代表。

第四階段是創新者，預計在未來不久，AI將能夠從零到一地進行創新，不再依賴於人類的指導與創造。

第五階段是組織者，這是比創新更為困難的任務。它要求AI能夠系統化地構建一個平行宇宙，並有效地運營它。

根據Open AI的劃分方法，我們預計在今年年底或明年6月份之前，第三階段應該可以實現。

AGI與ASI

另一種劃分方法將AI劃分為通用人工智能（AGI）和超級人工智能（ASI）。有人預測，在超級人工智能時代，AI的智力將遠超人類，甚至達到「人人都是愛因斯坦」的程度。

從AGI到ASI的分水嶺何時到來？奇點何時發生？庫茲韋爾在2005年出版的《奇點臨近》以及今年的新書《奇點更近》中預測，2030年將是ASI奇點到來的時刻。而最近的預測則認為，2026年或2030年之間，AI將進入第五個發展階段，這也是AGI與ASI的分水嶺。

UBI與UHI

訓練AI需要數據，但數據的質量至關重要。垃圾數據只會產生垃圾結果。而使用AI合成的數據去訓練大模型，往往會導致模型性能下降。因此，我們需要的是由人類產生的隨機數據。

只要生而為人，我們所產生的數據就是AI所需的數據，也是大模型中最好的數據，而不是那些大模型自己和AI生成出來的數據。

我已經看到有兩個研究小組，都已經證明了使用AI生成的數據再去訓練AI大模型，就會讓大模型崩潰。

所以，你只要生而為人，只要能夠產生隨機的數據，就應該得到AI的反哺，因為這對AI很重要，是你讓AI變得更聰明。

因此，提出國民基本收入（UBI）這個概念是有道理的。因為人類為AI提供了能讓其變得越來越聰明的數據，所以AI應該回饋給人類價值。

此外，隨著超級人工智能時代的到來，有人提出了國民高等收入（UHI）的概念。在這個時代，AI將創造更大的經濟價值，而這些價值需要分配給人類。

在AI時代的代表人物中，Open AI的薩姆·奧爾特曼和特斯拉的埃隆·馬斯克都與Token有著深厚的淵源。薩姆·奧爾特曼不僅推出了Worldcoin項目，還委托斯坦福大學進行了三年的UBI實驗。而馬斯克則可能在星際旅行或火星上利用Token進行價值交換。

數字時代的價值規律

在數字化時代背景下，數字經濟、數字商業的價值規律發生了翻天覆地的變化。數字經濟具有高固定成本、低邊際成本甚至零邊際成本的特點。這使得有價值的產品、商品和服務都能夠實現指數級增長，遵循冪律分布而非正態分布。

數字經濟是跨時間、跨空間、跨主體、跨組織的。因此，我們需要區塊鏈和Token來確保在數字世界中的支付清算和資產標志能夠通行無阻。在數字世界裡，經典的物理學可能大部分都不再存在，生產要素也變成了算法、算力、算據（或稱為「三算」）。

在農耕文明時期，財富的累積靠土地；在工業文明時期，則靠廠房和機器設備；而在數字經濟時代，這些當然還是財富的一部分，但新創造的財富更多地以數字化的形式來衡量。因此，Token成為了數字經濟時代的價值衡量物。

傳統金融市場與加密金融市場的三要素

隨著數字時代價值創造方式的根本性變革，我們正逐步構建起一個與傳統金融市場截然不同的加密金融市場。無論是何種金融市場，其基本構成均包含三大要素：記賬方法、記賬賬戶及記賬單位，而這些要素在兩者之間存在著顯著的差異。

在傳統金融市場中，記賬方法普遍采用復式記賬法，這是當前所有組織均遵循的記賬原則。其記賬賬戶主要為銀行賬戶，而記賬單位則是法定貨幣，如人民幣。相比之下，加密金融市場的記賬方法則采用了分布式記賬法（即區塊鏈技術）。在這裡，記賬賬戶並非特指某一貨幣種類（盡管可能涉及美元、歐元等），但更重要的是，其記賬單位及方式均呈現出全新的形態，與傳統金融市場中的Token（代幣）或法定貨幣截然不同。

我們正在構建的加密金融市場，作為傳統金融市場之外的另一重要領域，其基礎要素發生了根本性的變化。其中，記賬方法采用了分布式記賬法，即區塊鏈技術。區塊鏈的本質在於其去中心化、分布式的賬本特性，它提供了一個全球範圍內公開透明的記賬平台。

與此相反，復式記賬法則依賴於第三方公證的私人賬本。由於私人賬本存在被質疑真實性的可能，因此需要通過《會計法》等法規進行規範，並由會計師根據法規進行審計。此外，為了確保賬本的真實性，還需要司法體系的保障。這些措施均是為了盡可能保障私人賬本的真實性，減少虛假記載的可能性。

然而，分布式記賬法則無需這些繁瑣的保障措施。由於其內在的不可篡改性，所有記錄均真實可靠，無法被偽造或篡改。因此，從成本角度來看，分布式記賬法無疑具有更低的成本效益。對於整個社會而言，這種記賬方法所付出的成本也將更低。

人類社會記賬法的千年之變

人類社會記賬方法至今已經發生了三次迭代：

（1）早在公元前3500年前，單式記賬法就已誕生。這種方法是在現今伊拉克所在的蘇美爾地區，即幼發拉底河與底格裡斯河三角洲這一人類文明搖籃中被發現的。考古學家從那裡出土了一塊公元前3500年的泥板，經研究確認，這是人類歷史上最早的賬本，采用的就是單式記賬法，僅簡單記錄了收入與支出。

（2）時間推進到公元1300年，復式記賬法在意大利地中海地區應運而生。當時，意大利北部的城邦如佛羅倫薩、威尼斯等地通過地中海進行貿易活動，這些海洋貿易極為復雜，單式記賬法已無法滿足准確、全面地記錄經濟活動的需求。由於海洋貿易涉及借貸、租船、合伙經營及納稅等多方面，為了清晰記錄每一筆交易，復式記賬法便逐漸興起。

值得注意的是，公元1300年復式記賬法的出現，不僅標志著記賬方法的一大進步，更是對意大利地中海地區復雜海洋貿易需求的直接回應。

（3）再到公元2009年，分布式記賬法橫空出世，這得益於比特幣區塊鏈技術的引入。分布式記賬法的價值不言而喻，其變革之大，堪稱千年一遇，遠非每年迭代的科技產品可比。這種記賬方法所帶來的深遠影響和價值，目前尚難以估量。我相信，至今還沒有人能確切地告訴我們，分布式賬本將如何重塑人類社會，以及它將為我們帶來哪些前所未有的福利。

Token的定義與分類

Token在區塊鏈之前就已存在。從價值角度看，最早的Token是零錢、硬幣。在計算機系統中，Token是令牌，是計算機系統的使用許可。在AGI時代，Token則成為數據的單位，用於衡量使用大模型時的費用。

在數字經濟時代，Token作為價值標志被分為以下幾類：

• 支付型Token：各國正在立法頒布牌照發行合規穩定幣。

• 功能型Token：從計算機系統的令牌延伸出來，指網絡使用權。

• 證券型Token：涉及STO、RWA、DeFi等領域。

• 儲備型Token：如比特幣等加密貨幣，作為加密金融的底層資產。

  
  

兩個金融市場並行不悖

基於銀行賬戶的金融市場體系與基於加密賬戶的金融市場體系將並行發展。兩者之間的互聯互通預計將在2025年實現。通過穩定幣、ETF、RWA、STO以及持牌機構等工具與渠道，兩個市場將實現相互打通與融合。
