ClassPass Review
ClassPass is an online subscription service offering services similar to what's available from FitReserve and DailyBurn. The monthly fitness membership service provides convenient access to an assortment of fitness classes, including weight and strength training, martial arts, yoga and Pilates, and cycling classes. Services are accessible via the company's website, classpass.com.
The monthly service is appealing since it can save members hundreds of dollars in gym fees, especially when you consider what you might lose for classes you sign up but don't end up attending. Fees are also generally lower than what you would pay if you would book the classes individually. If being tied down to a single gym doesn't keep you motivated, you'll likely appreciate the ability to pick and choose classes you actually want to attend.
Once you sign up with ClassPass, you'll have full control over which workouts and classes you choose. You may select any workout routine, gym, or fitness center that's available. You'll then be able to set your own schedule. You can customize your package to meet your own needs. For instance, if you have more time available than you expected, you may add extra classes.
What's great about ClassPass is the ability to change your preferences from month to month. You could, for example, sign up for cycling and swimming classes one month and switch to boxing and barre workouts the next month. Booking only takes a minute or two and classes are typically available at various hours on both weekdays and weekends.
Before you sign up for any class through ClassPass, you'll be able to read reviews and check out ratings provided by other individuals who took the classes previously. This will allow you to take some of the guesswork out of signing up for classes since you'll have an idea of what to expect before you make a commitment.
If you're new to the group workout experience, the blog on classpass.com includes a 101 Video Series that's designed to prepare you for your first workout. Workout videos are also available. A membership will give you access to the ClassPass community, which includes more than 200,000 members. You can connect with other members via the company's app or in person to receive any added support you may need before, during, or after a class.
When you're ready to sign up, you can choose from one of three plans. The basic plan includes three classes per month. The next plan above this is for five classes within a month. The third plan is for ten classes within a month. Membership benefits include access to hundreds of studios, the ability to stream more than a hundred workouts, and the opportunity to book free classes and activities at no extra cost.
ClassPass is available in nearly 40 cities throughout the United States. Another appealing benefit of classpass.com is that you can use the service to schedule classes in cities where you will be while on vacation or away on business.
If you're new to the ClassPass experience, check out this video, "Class Pass" changing your workout routine that explains how the service provides convenient access to many different participating gyms and fitness centers within certain areas. The service is already available in a growing number of cities, and will likely expand to others. There is a fee for missed classes. However, this is meant to serve as added motivation to stick to your fitness commitments.
At Giving Assistant, we're committed to lending a helping hand to others in need. If you want to get in on the giving, all you'll have to do is take advantage of the latest deals and discounts we have available. We'll take care of the rest by providing a meal to others in need.
