I like Holded

Avantages:

I have been using holded for a while and it is a super complete tool. From invoicing in the company to personnel management, clocking in when you arrive at work and their mobile application is really good.

Inconvénients:

Like other tools of this type, it requires adaptation time for the entire work team, but the overall experience is good.

Valuable Software that is Easy to Use

Commentaires: It's easy to keep track of invoicing, payments, to send reminders to contacts and add contacts. It's easy to give access to your accountant and I haven't used the accounting feature, but I am sure that is useful too.

Avantages:

I love that Holded offers the capacity to customise invoices, add units or notes to invoices so all is clear to contacts. It is easy to add contacts and all fields are clear. It is easy to reconcile payments, send reminders, email invoices and duplicate invoices if billing the same contacts monthly.

Inconvénients:

Nothing. It's more expensive than other software but I believe it is worth it.

Very easy to use, no complications

Commentaires: My experience is good but it could be improved regarding the speed of the tool

Avantages:

It is a good tool because it allows you to have all the important information of the employees grouped, which facilitates the work. from the signings, the payroll, supporting documents...

Inconvénients:

There are times when if you register from your cell phone you have to click the button more than once for it to work, so you have to check that it has been marked.

They dont manage SII for companies in Canary Island (Spain)

Commentaires: They do not offer the SII in the Canary Islands, being a Spanish company, and the SII being a legal imperative. Besides, I've been asking for it for several months and nothing. Maddening. Not suitable for growing companies (More than €6M in turnover) since the SII cannot be managed with the Canarian tax agency. They refer you to some partners but it is not the solution either since exports from holded invoice lists are very limited technologically. If I had known about this limitation in Holded, we would have opted for another more serious company, the truth.

Avantages:

Its cloud so its eassy to manage and you dont have to install anything

Inconvénients:

They dont manage the SII in Canary Island, Spain which is a mandatory procedure with the fiscal system in spain for companies with higher turonver of 6M€ Even if Holded is a spanish company they are not committed to manage all legal needs of spanish fiscal and accouting law.

Very Useful HR Software

Avantages:

I really like that you can track your working hours and request any holidays on the software. Moreover you can see who is working or out of the office and it is useful to ensure that your mate is available or not at the office.

Inconvénients:

Sometimes the software works a little bit bad and it doesn’t run properly.
