We sat there over 15 mins before a waitress (not ours) asked us if we've been helped and took our order.. while our waitress just ignored us and attended the table full of guys nxt to us... we ordered a tower but had to ask for our mugs... the service there just depends on what side you sit on and the waitress you get.. the waitress who did help us out was polite and pleasant..

I sat at the bar right at the register. I couldn't for the life of me get a refill on my water. Tried every hint I knew and nothing. When the food is spicy that's kind of important. I will certainly go back because the ambiance is exactly what I'm looking for. It was just disappointing that the 2 ladies weren't paying attention

I think the service could have been better. I don't like to have to flag down a waitress for a refill on my drink and to wait forever for her to come around to take our order. Oh and never order the chips and queso. Chips were stale and the cheese goes completely solid after 5 minutes

This place has bad service ! Best micheladas, but worst service ever ! I dont know why these girls think they are gods given gift but a pretty face will not get you anywhere if you have a messed up attitude ! Its a shame that a place that has great food and drinks has bad service. Maybe one day it will get better ..... MAYBE !

When there yesterday food was good environment was great just slow on serving us women because they were too busy serving only man The waitress for that table was too busy serving the table next to us with all the mans so another waitress came she did awesome

Usually its good, but we got the "bitch from hell" bartender by the name of Hannah. She was not very friendly, rushed on us on our order, because as she put it, "theyre very busy", and never checked up on us. Seemed like she was ignoring us, when we were trying to get more drinks. Yes, i complained to the manager. He fixed it, so i guess i will try again another day. :/
SERVICE SUX

I think it's ok they have great deals on beer and if you do go there have there soup. Yummy but some of the service sucked. My waiter was ok thank goodness but if you ask for some help it seem that they were not willing to be helpful.
