4 houses in the town of Beit Kahil, near Hebron, have been issued with demolition orders which will become effective later today. 5 families will be made homeless and the land will be confiscated by the state. The orders have been issued in Hebrew only and the families are powerless to resist.
The property belongs to the relations of a number of Palestinians held in prison awaiting trial. Despite these individuals not having been convicted by a court, the Israeli Occupation Forces are proceeding to punitively target their family members and appropriate their land.
Urgent!!! If you are in the US, please use this online action form to send a letter to your representatives to call on them to oppose Israeli attacks on Gaza:

Saturday 9th November, Al Makhrour, nr Bethlehem.
We joined families to harvest olives next to the site of a former restaurant, 'Al Makhrour'. The restaurant was a popular and beautiful place set in an idyllic location, overlooking a stunning valley in the vicinity of the town of Beit Jala. In October the restaurant and an adjacent house was demolished by Israeli forces. The following day Israeli settlers wasted no time in moving in, building an illegal settlement outpost o...n the land. Further information and images of the restaurant before and after the demolition can be seen here:

The Palestinian owners of the land requested international solidarity and protective presence whilst harvesting olives nearby, fearing intimidation or attacks from the settlers.
Through house demolitions and turning a blind eye to the building of illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank, Palestinians are stripped of their homes, community spaces and their livelihoods. Due to the steady expansion of illegal settlements the West Bank is unable to thrive or develop, whilst Israeli settlers expand their control over Palestinian land and natural resources.
The theft of Palestinian land and collusion between illegal settlers and the Israeli Occupation Forces must end.
Yesterday marked the 30th anniversary of the Berlin Wall. In the Palestinian city of Tulkarm, which sits on North Eastern border of the West Bank, Palestinians joined with internationals for a symbolic protest against the illegal Israeli apartheid wall. The wall exists in contravention of international law, appropriates Palestinian land, and cuts Palestinians off from their own land, their communities, and from vital services such as hospitals and schools. The wall must fall. #apartheid #revolution #freepalestine

Woman shot this morning at Ibrahim Mosque, in the restricted military area of Hebron in the Old City. The Israeli army prevented the ambulance from approaching the woman. Checkpoints were closed for one hour. All of the employees of the Mosque were sent home. The woman’s state is still critical. #violence #occupation

"The children were killed by smashing of their skulls with sticks." Today, October 29th, marks the 71st anniversary of the 1948 massacre in Al-Dawayima, where Palestinian villagers were slaughtered by invading Israeli forces. 2 years ago, a letter from an Israeli soldier there that day was finally released and published. (Link below.)
Israeli soldiers fired tear gas twice (the second time with live ammunition) at children going to school this morning after passing the checkpoint Salaymeh in Hebron.
Children shouldn’t be facing such violence and should have the right to go to school with no fear.

Palestinian and international activists entered an illegal settlement, singing and raising the Palestinian flag. Israeli settlers and police responded with mass arrests, tear gas, flash grenades, and stopping ambulances to make arrests. 20 were arrested, including 9 internationals and 7 journalists, now released. One ISM activist has his passport seized by the IOF which has refused to return it.
