Pleasantly surprised! We came to see Mustang Sally. If not for her we never would have given it a chance. We got there early and got seats upstairs. They seemed under staffed. We had a group of 8 and the place got crazy busy. After ordering food the bartender told us the food would take awhile due to it being backed up in the kitchen. So imagine my surprise when it showed up in 1/2 hour. My husband and our friends never had to wait for drinks. All they had to do was walk to the bar and our bartender remembered what everyone was ordering and brought it right over. Amazed as it was so busy! He did go above and beyond.

Spacebar is one of the best places to see live music in Columbus. Ben is always great to deal with and things sound great when Max is behind the board. Good beer selection too. And they have free earplugs!

I reserved a space for a birthday party through Meg who handles the events. Communicating with her via email was very easy, she answered all my questions, and responded promptly. We had 14 people and 2 tables which was plenty of space for the pizza boxes and cupcakes. The staff was fantastic about making sure everyone had drinks, keeping track of the different tabs, and throwing away pizza boxes as we emptied them. I could not have asked for better service from the bar tenders and other staff members!! The wait for a lane was only an hour and a half which was perfect as we were eating and socializing. Highly recommend having a party at Pins!!!

Burnt Ends are the bomb (sound familiar? ...everybody says so!)...the staff are top-notch, friendly, probably gonna remember you the 2nd time they see you, and must have an enjoyable work environment because they obviously "take care of business ". This speaks highly of the ownership, and management, who are also top-notch, friendly, and gonna remember you as well.....see a trend here?! I admit to a bias, because I sing on their wonderful stage occasionally! The sound system is also top-notch, with a dedicated sound man who knows his room and the lighting elements as well! The smoke/fog machine makes performances fun for all too. I gotta get around to tasting their fine in-house beers, as I don't imbibe much, but I've never heard a single complaint about any of them. Free, ample parking, with a sign on every light pole letting you know that cameras are keeping your vehicle and valuables safe make for a very relaxed, fun night out for families and new found friends! I love this place!

My husband and I stayed at the Renaissance last night and the people that work there from the check-in, room service, house keeping, bar tender, and valet were lovely people who made us feel like they were there only to make us happy. We are planning our next weekend away to see a new show at The Place Theatre, which was a really short walk from the hotel entrance. The food in the restaurant was delicious and worth the money! The environment seemed safe, clean and upscale. The King size room we were in had a great view of the city and it was very comfortable. Bonus, we never had to wait for an elevator!

The convention center is amazing, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I was there for the Arnold Sports Festival with The Art At The Arnold and everything ran smoothly. It's one of the biggest if not the largest events and they handle it so well. A sight to be seen and such an experience.

Was disappointed that there was a wedding and we couldn't see the whole thing. Perhaps give a discount of some sort while weddings are taking up areas that people may travel to see? Also quite disappointed that the gift shop didn't have magnets or ornaments that have the year on them. That is something we implemented in our family and so we enjoy picking one out of a new place we go too to place on our tree @ Christmas time or our refrigerator for year round viewing. We lefy with a blue butterfly because that was the kids favorite and I will add the year with a marker. I have lived in Columbus all my life and have never been...I absolutely loved the butterfly exhibit! Perhaps a little too crowed but over all our family really enjoyed ourselves!

I enjoyed the museum, although the heydays of the 70s thru mid 90s is greatly missed. My one complaint is the gift shop. Have a sheet of bar codes ready to scan for the little things that school children love to buy. Took waaaayyyyy to long to check out yesterday with students because all small things had to be looked up within the register. The guy did the best he could, but when the price isn't easy to find , it creates tension. So in that regard, purchasing is not efficiant and if I had been in line, I would have put my stuff back. Grateful there was no one else waiting in line behind my students.

After 3 years of putting up with blown Bose® speakers in my 1999 Mazda Miata, I decided it was time to upgrade. Since I was going to upgrade, I decided to upgrade the head unit and speakers. I selected a Pioneer 4100NEX and my service advisor, Jayson Cook, suggested some JL Audio C2 speakers. Even though they were swamped this week, I dropped it off on Tuesday morning and it was done on Friday afternoon. I went for a drive tonight and tried out the various features, and I absolutely love it. They were knowledgable and professional, and came up with a solution that was the right price that met my needs. Thanks for the great work!

I have been to the Funny Bone many times. Last night I saw Gary Owens and his show was great. We had food and drinks also. The drinks were good. The food we ordered was nachos and it was very disappointing. I've had them before but this time it literally was all nachoes with barely any shredded pork and chicken or other toppings. The food was not worth the wait or money. We were seated on the floor in the back with the bar stools. The seats are very uncomfortable to the point of being annoying. All in all I like the Funny Bone atmosphere and the comedians I've seen never disappoint. I'll be back. Just hope they invest in better seating.
