🙃 Upside-Down Face

A face that is upside-down, often representing a sense silliness or goofiness. Sometimes used as an ambiguous emotion, such as joking or sarcasm.

Implemented as a flipped version of the slightly smiling face on most platforms.

Upside-Down Face was approved as part of Unicode 8.0 in 2015.
