Want to know when this gets updated? Or just curious when I have new stuff to share? I talk about my most recent work in weekly letters that go out to thousands of awesome people, just like you – and it’s the only way to find out. Sign up here:

Design Resources & Tools
- User Flow & Wireframe. This forms the core of most of my interaction design projects.
- Data Model. If you’re putting together a web application, you might find this OmniOutliner document helpful for repurposing.
- Site Map. I rarely do site maps, but if you’re looking to throw one together quick and dirty, this might be useful for you.
Legal Stuff
- Draft Revise Terms & Conditions. If you live in Illinois and do monthly consulting in any capacity, you might find this useful for running by your own lawyer.
- Revise Express Terms & Conditions. If you live in Illinois and sell one-off products that involve consulting work, you should take this and see if it’s helpful.
- Master Services Agreement & Statement of Work. I send these along to clients where we’ve already agreed that working together is a good idea.
