@Blueridgewv @TheAliceSmith By crafting this "authority figure" that declares them immune from the ravages of fascism...
They can proceed to mimic fascism precisely, down to the letter, secure in the understanding that Wikipedia has absolved them of the distasteful label.
While they enjoy the sordid acts.
@OfficialWorldE3
@USARPAC ttps://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%97%A5%E8%93%AE%E5%AE%97 It seems that they were investigation into these even in the time when there was no Internet. the URL is a common temple. Nichiren. That splinter<actually,,that was,,veryvery bad,, ninja.>
group becomes these psychic scams.
@RyanBrewis2571
@JesusTorrao @AndrewBGreene Range and endurance are the issue though, the RAN have such a distance to go from port to patrol area they want that staying power. Granted it's Wikipedia but the Collins is listed at having 20000km range and 70 days against the S-80+ with 15k km and 30-50 days. The Attack 1/
@KunstlerMax
@Sargon_of_Akkad Greta Thunberg isn't a hero. She's stupid. She's autistic. And she's a communist. Her obsession with the environment is basically a mental illness which seems to be related to her autism and stupidity. And she has 2 other mental problems, according to wikipedia. She's deranged.
@pseudoverum1
@MordecaiMuriisa Luganda is one of many national languages in our country, and not the sole one as the site suggests. The use of Wikipedia as a source is generally discouraged because of credibility issues such as this; information can be created and edited by non-experts, affecting accuracy.
@Chris94975491
@AussieBob10 This makes no sense. Wikipedia is infrastructure. The content is written by contributors - which are the public. Also moderated by them. Anyone can do it.
The perceived issue in your eyes can be resolved if you, and others of the same political stance become more active on Wiki
@Custome64114792
@VerteSavannah @Plinz Wikipedia has been tested and found to be as reliable or more reliable than Encyclopedia Brittanica’s online site. And anybody with a brain knows that you should consult Wikipedia’s citations as you should ANY source you consult. People MISUSING Wikipedia is not their problem.
@Bharatkumar191
@vivekagnihotri No one has created any such zone in B'wood as B'wood was not owned by anyone.Movies are reflection of society so at that time Indian culture was in different era where there were no any such problems persisted as today we see.
Wikipedia is not a legitimate source of information.
@MaxedLuck
@Geralcht @Magnarancia Change however as of now print is just better.
Furthermore I know how to search the internet just fine, I am subscribed to a few scientific journals. The problem I have is that all search engines due to how their algorithms work will prioritize Wikipedia over ACTUAl facts.
@santafe4ever
@JeffGrigg1 @chungus4569420 @JoJoFromJerz I have no problem with that. They have been accurate every time i’ve done research and needed them. Beside, where else do you go for info? Google just defaults to Wikipedia. I have not noticed any biased information in Wikipedia. There might be some but i haven’t noticed.
@tktktkpahtktk
@JohnnaCrider1 The deeper issue, long after this little internet event has subsided, is that people are cheapening the value of Wikipedia by continuing to use the website to promote their own political agendas.
I predict that people will begin to go elsewhere when seeking Politics or History.
@missshawnda88
@kristy_NP @BigThingsin @elonmusk @wrvb3 @michaelmalice Exactly! I recently got my Bachelor and it was during that time we were informed not to use it. I’m now working on my MBA, and I wouldn’t even consider anything on Wikipedia credible. I’m so glad I learned that because prior to that, I did use it ??♀️ silly me ?
@mysteriouskat
@elonmusk @wrvb3 @michaelmalice I don't know that it's controlled by MSM journalists exactly, but it's definitely not a system that's working very well as an unbiased source of information. Nor a reliable one. But even when I was in university, we were told we couldn't cite Wikipedia.
@ray_pangburn
@wondermagenta @docsquiddy this is interminable. 4000+ words before getting to the controls section, most of which is (sorta dubious) game history summaries straight from wikipedia. I have major issues with metroid prime (many of which are reflected here) but this spends so much time on extraneous content
@ObispoJ
@Ermengrabby @GrimerGreg @ThomasHarrigan8 @ripperread @watchitcrash93 @jackfarrington @ERICSORENSEN @WholeMarsBlog @elonmusk @Tesla @UAW @chevrolet When quoting Wikipedia, please include the reference. Anybody can change WP, even if it's only up for a few days, it could still be false. Especially on more arcane, less popular issues.
@la77738745
@KateGoesTech Anyone working with software wont have any trouble giving him the benefit of the doubt on that glitch, even if his attacks on Fauci, Wikipedia, Kasparov left us doubtful. As far as I am concerned, as long as StarLink works in Ukraine, he can have all the puerile fun he wants.
@amablue_
@Darteaus @Crypt0cracy @BuyingLambos @VitalikButerin That's not empirical evidence, that's a quote from Wikipedia.
All the evidence on the rest of the page points at it working as described - no deadweight loss, absorbed by landlords, no increase in rents.
Something being politically unpopular is not the same as not working.
@Didikopter
@Kijimoshi_PL @DeludedPhobes Un wikipedia is supposed to be objective right ? And it's just stating fact, chopping off one of your limbs is controversial and has ethics issues. Now do you say the same to the cis people who undergo gender affirming surgeries ? And btw you only chop off breasts
@ProffGedion
@TheRealPengod @ArunRaw08630114 @omarsuleiman504 You're the one who is blindly hating Muslims. Don't ignore the past Slavery is a major issue since the days of Abraham. Wikipedia is not a scholarly source of history, anyone can edit that crap to suit agendas. There's no event known as Arab-muslim slave trade.
