@AmazonHelp I am still waiting for this. Whatever I have recreated service orders all have cancelled again. Unable to create service orders again. Mails to Amazon is not delivering. Getting a written confirmation from Amazon itself that it is not getting delivered. 4 months with no solution.

1.Issue with the app and team is working on it kindly wait for 24hrs
2. Amazon fresh is not available seller has some issues - this was 2nd time when contacted.
3. Team will renew the contract with seller and service will resume in 3 weeks @jagograhakjago

There are different rules for selling a rolex than selling bread.
It also depends on what you agreed to when you signed up with amazon.
If you agreed they can refuse you service... then done.

@blockchainchick I was in my 30ies during the Dotcom bubble and the heaines where the same. The Internet has no real value, online shops aren't necessary and will never replace real shops, Amazon is just a hype... The difference is that banking will have the same cruel fate like bookshops had.

@AmazonHelp In a technical glitch of Amazon, how prices of items are increasing. What fraud is going on. I tried from smartphones, tablet and even at browser from laptop. It's @amazonIN @AmazonHelp issue & not at our end. I think, I shall switch to other competitors as no resolution by you.

@amazonnews @TIME The issue that @AmazonHelp speaks of = simply an escalation request, related to @amazon accessibility discrimination against hearing impaired, non-deaf customers. I've been waiting 20+ hrs for an email response. Accessible options exist, for the blind. Not for me. Hence problem.

@BlitheringIdjit @4chan_green For example if a bad site were using Amazon web services, it'd be as simple as asking Amazon to pull the plug. If they're using their own servers they'd have to find the server itself which can be made difficult and presents physical danger to the people going to shut it down

@danwootton No, Amazon have exercised their right to choose not to employ him or purchase his products. They cannot prevent him from working elsewhere. Is there a reason you think they shouldn't have that freedom - is it only people who you select who should have freedom of choice or speech?

If there’s no mail, wait for it. Amazon is short staffed at the moment and it’s causing delay in even their response.
If you’ve done everything right, no panic. It’ll go live soon.

@AmazonHelp Returned item back through UPS. Have receipt. Been 3 weeks no updates on that tracking #. Amazon has ME contact UPS about fixing issue. UPS has he calling Amazon back saying it’s their label and they should be investigating. Amazon said UPS has to file a claim. Amazon said same

@jonbaldie @Robertdrew82 @wyatt_privilege Yup. Sellers on Amazon aren’t supposed to drop ship, but so many do that Amazon can’t get a handle on it. They aren’t even aware it’s happening unless a customer specifically pursues the issue and most won’t waste their time or even know it’s against the rules.
