The concierge staff, specifically Eyal went far above and beyond his duties. The front desk staff was helpful too. The free shuttle into town was great as the hotel is not walking distance from the shopping/site seeing places we wanted to go. The spa and breakfast buffet were top rate.

The buffet staff needs more training. The small restaurant staff needs a lot more training. There was a strange smell in the hotel on the 7th and 8th floors the whole stay. Towels were old and not in sufficient amount. Soap and shampoo were not up to international standards.

Honestly i didnt like anything about it

It Is 40 years old and nothing has been done since than. Furniture is worn our, like everything else. Everything is so old And poorly mantained That It makes you feel depresed. I had ants in my room, which is normal for staff. Dan jerusalem dosent diserve 4 stars maybe 2.

The hotel has great spaces, good room design, nice range of facilities and has potential but needs a thorough cleaning, servicing and a coat of paint.

For a city hotel, it has a nice spa and pool facility. Excellent for relaxing after a day in Jerusalem.

Location and access to significant historical sites of the Old City in Jerusalem.

The hotel is "tired", you can tell that in its day it was a nice hotel, but it is showing signs of "wear and tear". They need to invest in the rooms to bging them up to date.

I like the fact that I could see the Jerusalem when I went to the hotel balcony.

Hotel desk staff was very rude, not helpful.

The staff was attentive. The hotel has improved since the last time I stayed there when it was a Hyatt hotel.The only thing which wasn't great was the a/c

The location, lobby, rooms and views were great. The hotel is on a hill in central Jerusalem, with great vistas all about.

The main restaurant seemed to be the only choice for food, but was like eating in a caffeteria (but this is the case for a lot of 4 star hotels in Israel). The staff are not very service orientated, but again this is the same throughout Israel

It is not a very well kept hotel, it is rather dirty and everything seems to be falling apart. It is far from Down Town, they do offer a free shuttle service to the Old City though.

We had an interior facing room which was very quiet. The room was tastefully decorated and the breakfast that came with the room was excellent. Although it is located a bit outside of town, with a car, it is not a problem. It has been many years since we last stayed at the Regency and we look forward to the next time.

The pool and fitness facilities were potentially very good.

Everything was very fine in the hotel, however not very close to the old city, restaurants nor shopping area. Many thanks to a great concierge who helped us a lot with our visiting trips, a guide, good restaurants etc..

The food at the breakfast and Shabbat buffets was amazing!!! Both in selection and quantity. Until visiting Israel, I had never commented to a waiter on a delicious dish only to have the chef come out with the recipe and instructions (personal)on how to make it! This is the Dan, and this is Israel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amenities and fruit basket on arrival. Pool was great with fun activities for the children. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend it to other travelers.

We liked the swimming pool and the children's park a lot cause we had a 5 year old child with us but I didn't have the time to go to the spa cause we were out most of the time.we liked the breakfast only on Sunday cause it was rich and calm but on Friday and Saturday,it was terrible!

We stayed from Thursday until Sunday,it was very busy on Friday and Saturday and we couldn't take our breakfasts these days cause we had to wait a lot to grab anything but on Sunday it was excellent,we took our breakfast and were happy about it.we changed the room the last day,it was on the fourth floor which I didn't like at all cause it was busy all the time with people praying,i went all over the world but I never saw such a thing! The days before we were in room 504 and it was very good and close to the elevator but there was a strange smell on the 5th floor.

The concierge was with out doubt the most personable and accomodating member of the team! Outstanding service and always with a smile! Eyal, Thank you for taking so much care of my daughter and I during our visit to your beautiful country! Any excursion can be booked by Eyal and his concern for our comfort and enjoyment of the trip was refreshing. He probably isn't paid enough :) We will definately stay there again.

Not much to dislike. Great location is just min's away from the Old City which makes evening adventures fun.
