Lauer's firing comes after a complaint from a colleague accusing him of "inappropriate sexual behavior."
In a memo to staff, NBC News Chairman Andrew Lack said the incident in question "may not have been an isolated incident."
Shortly after the news broke, TMZ revisited a 2012 interview for Lauer's former co-host Katie Couric.
