Katy Perry is kissing her California Girl home goodbye! The 32-year-old pop star listed her Hollywood pad for a whopping $9.5 million.

Purchased in 2013 for $8.2 million, the 2.5 acre estate is a Mediterranean-influenced home built in 1954.

The spread is composed of four different residential structures, including a main house, a two story guest house, a fitness center, and a security guardhouse.

Located in the highly exclusive outpost estates in the hills, the four bedroom, six bathroom home measures 7,400 square feet and is tucked away with a long gated driveway.
