Concern CEO calls for a re-commitment to American humanitarian values
Concern has worked in partnership with the world’s poorest and most vulnerable people to transform their lives. We began out of a spontaneous response to the suffering caused by the Biafran War.
Now we are in 26 countries across the globe, sometimes responding to emergencies and sometimes working in countries for decades. We always strive to do whatever it takes to achieve lasting change. We believe that extreme poverty can be eliminated — and we act on that belief every day.
Concern works in 26 of the world’s poorest countries and in some of its hardest-to-reach places.
Instead, we work in active collaboration with communities to provide a sustainable path out of poverty.
Concern’s work on the ground is changing lives. We make sure more than 90 cents of every donated dollar goes directly to our programs.
We stay until communities are healthy, resilient, and empowered to thrive without our ongoing support.
Your generous support will provide crucial aid to the poorest people in 26 of the world’s least developed countries.
