MY HUSBAND
I’m grateful I get to share life with this man. We share the same hopes and dreams. We enjoy going on walks and cooking together. We like the same types of food and movies. Life with him is the best. He has my heart.
MATT
He is our oldest. He is 21 and currently going to college. He is quiet, serious, and tender hearted. He enjoys watching movies, playing racquetball, and ping pong.
BRITTANY
She is 18 and currently serving in Nicaragua. She is excited to be done with school and has a heart for mission work. She is outgoing, observant, cheerful, and funny. She enjoys photography, traveling, and summer time.
KAYLA
She is my quiet, patient, and helpful 16 year old. She loves music, kids, reading, and playing guitar.
LILY
She loves being artsy, going places, and spending time with friends. She is thoughtful and talkative and confident. She is my seven year old baby that is growing up way too fast!
ADOPTION
I have always loved children and longed for another child for many years. My husband and I prayed about adopting for a long time and checked into everything we could think of. Nothing ever worked out for us, until we found Holt International. We had an amazing experience with them. Lily has brought us so much joy and we can’t thank God enough for our little girl all the way from South Korea!
CREATING
I have always enjoyed creating things. My sweet Grandma taught me how to sew when I was a little girl. I used to go to her house after school for sewing lessons.
I started my Etsy shop in 2010 to sell my own creations. I soon realized that it was difficult to keep up with the demand, so I turned my attention to creating patterns of my dolls.
Something that is important to me is to make my patterns very detailed & easy to follow. I put careful thought and consideration into each one and include many photos and step by step instructions. I believe sewing should be enjoyable and rewarding.
PHOTOGRAPHY
I don't do photography as a business. I just enjoy capturing my life in pictures.
I have the Nikon D750 and three Nikon lenses.
