This bill, authored by Assemblymember Chris Holden, would create a legacy license plate to raise money for biking and walking in disadvantaged communities.
The bill directs the revenue raised to the Active Transportation Program for planning in disadvantaged communities, and creates a new special bicycle awareness license plate and directs the revenue to bicycle education and promotion.
