I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates under a license which doesn't offer a way to further escalate the complaint there's nothing we can do to assist further. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.

Absolutely disgusted to be lied to blatantly! Ordered a £36 jacket, needed to return but return was only showing a very small amount for refund and a suggestion to keep the jacket. Spoke to customer service to query this and was asked why I was returning. The colour didn't suit me and I actually intended to order a different colour so THEY suggested doing an exchange instead. I did this, have it all in writing from 3 different customer service reps including on fb to wait for the return to get to them and they would issue the new one, only to discover that they have done the partial refund and are claiming the other colour is out of stock. It isn't out of stock at all as I have it in my basket! You done me dirty Shein 🤬 I spend way too much on your site but I think I will be going to give temu a try or go back to amazon. May be more expensive but at least they honour their word! Either send me the exchange jacket as agreed (I will be happy to return the amount you already refunded), refund me the missing £22.22 or return the original jacket to me, as I stated several times I would have kept it if customer service hadn't suggested the exchange! I am currently recovering from cancer and so unable to work and without that voucher I would not have been able to afford to treat myself to an expensive jacket. THAT is why I am so upset! I now have no jacket and no money to buy another 🥺 Had this been said from the beginning I would have kept the original and sold it in order to afford the different colour. ABOVE ALL DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! I have since been told that the partial refund is because I used a money off voucher on that particular order, but I specifically asked what the problem was right at the beginning when I queried the minimal refund and your customer services told me they didn't know and not to worry about it and go ahead and send it back. As soon as the parcel was in transit the very next day I was told the exchange wouldn't be done🤬 Then I was told it would be honoured and now this lousy lie about it being out of stock to try to cover yourselves. Either sort it and keep me as a customer or keep the £22 (how nice to know my value as a customer is just £22 😨) and I will contact PayPal and/or my credit card company for the refund because I am absolutely enraged, not so much at the money but at the lies!!

I was so excited to be trying these products. Although the smell I had Oud smells nice in the bottle I would literally have to use the while bottle to get a full load to smell at all!! I had the sample pack too and had an expensive T shirt that needed to be washed on its own so I used a sample shampoo and conditioner and honestly I could hardly smell it while it was drying on the radiator and definitely not at all when dry. I also found the clothes weren’t coming out as clean so would need to do smaller loads to get the clothes as clean as my other washing liquids and use a lot more liquid fir it to smell at all!. I wont be re ordering but wish them all the best for the future as it looks like theres lots more positives than negatives, although I did give a similar review on their FB page twice and both were taken down!! theres not one negative review on FB which isn’t true to life where other companies do keep all reviews which is fair, that I feel is a bit dodgy!

if i could give y'all a million stars, i would! i absolutely loved your video. it was exactly what i wanted, great afro beats song, the photo was large and clear, the dancing was so lovely. i cannot wait to send it to my husband for valentine's day. i placed the order yesterday at 4:34PM and received the video early today at 4:22AM. that is LESS THAN 12 hours when the usual expected time is 1-3 days (which is still amazing for a custom video!). i was stunned and pleasantly surprised to see the video arrive so quickly. i've already watched it at least 10 times. i LOVE it so much. i will definitely be ordering from you again and again. i'm happy to show my support. i don't usually write reviews but wow i HAD to let everyone know about the amazing service provided. i know anyone would be happy with an order placed with africanjoyflix! i love the LOVE team!!! thank you a million times, thank you!!!!

They're basically running a scam business! I brought an apple watch S6 from them. The one I received was broken. I couldn't turn it on. I sent it back, but they didn't refund me the full amount, saying the product was devalued because I opened the package. How could I test it if I don't open it? And there is no option of replacement. When you get a bad product, your only option is to return it and get a partial refund. Does this sound like a good scam business?! Who would keep the not-working item? Either way, they keep some money for nothing!

Very poor customer/marketing service. Weeks have passed since my first email, and despite several further attempts and reminders, at the time of writing, I still haven't heard anything back from the appropriate team. One of the worse customer service I had ever experienced, and by reading at other reviews, I am not the first and only one. I would be very careful before buying any of their products, as you might end up in the same situation in case you are experiencing any issues. Stay away from this company.

I rented a car from Hertz at OSL and was told not to pay tolls or parking myself, as it would all be handled via Hertz without extra charges. This was a blatant lie. After returning the car, I was hit with invoices that included 375 NOK per transaction in administrative fees, totaling nearly 2000 NOK for just 640 NOK worth of tolls and parking. This is outrageous and feels like a scam. I trusted Hertz, but they clearly exploit customers with hidden fees. I will never rent from Hertz again.

I am disabled so have to shop online most of the time. Elvri has been delivering parcels to me for many years and I have rarely had to complain. I ask for non breakables to be thrown over my side gate as it is difficult and takes ages for me to get to the front door. The delivery guys always do this and I am very grateful for a great service. Received my order after long delay. Now I want to return it, but when I login there is no option to start the return. And the company does not respond to any emails, so it's a really bad experience all round. Despite your reply it is NOT TRUE that I have the option to initiate the return - did you actually read I what I wrote in my review?

I haven’t received the product yet but the customer service from Jennifer was awesome. I accidentally put in my old address to have shipped after placing the order. Sent an email and within 5 minutes I got a response. Mind you this is on a weekend, so very impressed with the customer service. Thank you Jennifer for a prompt correction.
