staff help, and really take responsibility, they reply email for my request in advance, helped a lot!

We had very nice and clean room. The personel was nice and helpful. We parked the car on the street right in front of the etrance.

I think the Internet should be free in 4 stars hotel.

Relitivly close to city centre, clean and quiet room, good bathroom and very comfortable water bed.

Very comfortable room and nice staff ready to help. Transportation and shops reached in a few steps. A 4 stars hotel at the price of a 2 stars in my country...

It would be perfect with internet for free in every room. Surroundings are not the best. Very good breakfast, though expensive for me.

During our stay in hotel Atlantis Vienna I liked apsolutely everything. The location,possibillity of parking in the garage near to the hotel (wich is very important when you are in Vienna), hotel staff,air condition (considering very warm weather), very clean room...

I liked the most that the metro station and a bus stop was very close and it was easy to travel with two small kids. The room was clean and nice, with a roof view, stuff was helpful, in a shopping mall next door was hige nice supermarket with variety of fresh food, everything i needed.

Nice Hotel,we wewre lucky to be in new part of hotel.Breakfast good,clenless in rooms and aleyways good,relativily good hotel and postion for ammount of money for Vienna.

No profesionalism of reception staff in few occassions,they did not guide me to proper parking places of hotel in the merged garage of lugner city plaza so I have to run around in garage looking for my car.Because there is a elevator to hotel only from certain parking postion ,like 521-548 ,and when you go out your are in front of your car.last day during check out staff were not aware of who is in the line of row next ,or they did not care.... Also there was one young service lady whit her long hair in long pony tail,wipping floor whit it during taking some staff,and then wipping your table where you are eating.

I was there with my wife. The location is fantastic. So close to U-Bahn and public transportation. Also there is a shopping center right beside it and it is open till 1 am ! the Staff were friendly. The breakfast was so good. I will go there again!

Huge double-bed room (bigger then some hotels apartments), nice staff at the reception, clean rooms, nice buffet breakfast. We booked hotel with 50% reduced price, so value for the money is massive!

If you go by your car, keep in mind that underground parking garage is so confusing. Few people asked me how to exit garage when they leave their car :) and they all speak German, so if you don't (like me) it's even harder to understand where is exit, where is which level, where is which parking number...

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in March (2012) with my wife. We selected this hotel because it offered a very good price and the breakfast was also included. For us it was also important that the hotel is located near an underground station (with 1 change you can be at the downtown in 20 min). As the hotel offered a so good price, we were afraid about the quality, but at the end we had a very positive experience. The room was clean, quiet with a comfortable double bed. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of cold and warm choices. (Even good juices, diet jam, and whole-wheat bread). The location was also perfect, underground is 100m away and a shopping hall is directly at the hotel. The surrounding area is also good (not luxury but ok) and you can park for free if you park the car 2-300m away from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for all visitors who are looking for good but not luxury quality at a very friendly price

The internet acces was not included in the room price, and it was a little bit expensive. (A free computer was available near the reception)
