Greetings from Israel: 30 Seconds with Abby Suldan

University: Rising junior at the University of Michigan.

Internship: Signals Intelligence Group, a data analytics company in Netanya. Key customers include Johnson & Johnson, Nestle and Procter & Gamble.

I’ve already learned: my company's unique system of classifying data in Excel. I’ve been collecting information on companies and new products in skin care and beauty, and I use Signals’ tools to organize my findings in a quick way.

When not working: I enjoy walking through the shuk (market), relaxing on the beach and eating shakshuka (a dish of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, chili peppers and onions).

Recently: our group visited Ashkelon, Baltimore’s sister city. I loved spending time with my host family. They were so welcoming and included me in their amazing Shabbat dinner.

Baltimore Onward Israel is: great because it gives me the opportunity to truly be a part of day-to-day life in Israel, without feeling like a tourist. I'm having a great time!
