What a great staff, for starters, we rolled in with our sandwich from Central Grocery and asked the staff if we could dine with it and some bloody marys, she was very happy to allow us and do so while her kitchen was closed. It was 10 AM and then some Elvi from the Muses parade show up and we proceed to get pictures and have a great experience. Fine drinks, great staff and surprising guests at Molly's!

Just got back from my family road trip to New Orleans. On our last night there ( Saturday night, April 1st), we asked our hotel Concierge, a wonderful fellow named Sean over at the Queen & Crescent for some suggestions of where to go. One of the suggestions was Mother's, being that it was just around the corner and we could get some Crawfish Etouffe, which was one of the last items of New Orleans cuisine I still wanted to try before I left. I looked over the menu online to get an idea on pricing and felt everything looked like prices I was comfortable with. We headed out about an hour or so later and arrived to find a line out the door. We decided to wait and see how things worked there. An employee came out and handed us all menus, letting us know that it would be around a 30 minute wait. We didn't really have anywhere we needed to rush off to, so we waited. Once inside, we got into a new line to order our food. I have to say, I like the way they had things set up. Get up to the register, order your food, pay and go sit down with your receipt. A server will come get the receipt and make sure all your food is made up and brought out to you in a reasonable time. My daughter and I both ordered the Combo Platter. At $20, it was a great opportunity to try a bunch of different things, instead of being locked into just one. It came with Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice, Potato Salad and a choice of seafood (Shrimp Creole or Crawfish Etouffe) and one side (I got the grits, my daughter got the green beans with tomatoes). My wife got a debris po' boy. Between those three items and the drinks, it came out to around $64, which was perfectly reasonable in my mind, given the amount of food that came out, the excellent quality of the food and the fact that there are signs all over indicating that the employees are not to be tipped, so I'm hoping that means they get a higher wage than most servers and that there is just an increased price on the food in order to make up for that fact. The service was excellent as well, so they deserve it if that is the case. This is definitely a place I will recommend to others and will certainly dine at again the next time I visit New Orleans.

Fast take out line. Have no complaints. I just don't think the coffee is good nor the beignets all that fabulous. The servers at the take out window were less then friendly as well. You don't have to carry on a conversation, but you can at least be friendly. Indifference is rude. That said, they are better then ones I had in music square the day before.

We got there with four kids and all the lanes were taken due to private parties. I guess the cashier so my kids face when they were told that they can't stay or simply He is such a nice guy . He quickly made arrangements for us to get a lane . He was so nice about it and took care of us. This night was the last night in town for my sister and her kids and we had so much fun! We ate played and dance to the fun music, it was unforgettable. Thank you!! We will be back and tell everyone about it �

Giving a 5 star review to keep your ratings up but I do have some concerns. I have waited in a long line twice to find out the venue is sold out. So maybe a sold out sign would be good to post outside big and bold somewhere. It was dissapointing to find that out. Another time I waited in a long line just to find out I could not pay admission at the door and had to go to the box office to pay for tickets. Which I ended up doing and paid like $35 to enter the Juvenile Mystikal concert. The ticket girl was very rude. I understand things get stressful but its a job. If everyone complained to earn a buck this world would be crap. I let it slide though and still went in. Bartenders cannot handle high volume crowds either and are smart asses when they cant understand what kind of beer you want. I drink and order miller light and it has never been in stock there so i ask for michelob but get handed a bud light on two different occasions. I didnt even bother to correct the bartenders because they were rude. I recently had some friends visit from out of town and we decided to attend this past saturday night. It was kind of dead when we made it in around 2 am which was fine with me. Paid our $10 cover everything went smooth. There was no lights going and same repetitive visual on the screen and I asked an employee if there was something wrong with the lights in the production booth and she said i have been here since 3 I dont feel like doing anything. A jobs a job and I dont think thats a very hard one lol some people just arent cut out for work i guess. I felt like it was a rude response and just shrugged it off and went and had a good time with my friends still. I hope I can make a big show there one day as Im new to new orleans and being a dj, graphic designer and person involved with succesful night clubs from previous cities ive lived in i hope to see a good night. Surely the 5th visit there will be the charm. Hope my review helps you guys weed out the bad apples and get a smoother more crowd pleasing operation going for my next visit. Take care.

I sorta hate to rate Siberia super high because i love the place and i dont want it to be discovered by the bad elements that "just love N'awlins" and have no clue about how delicate our culture is. We have no kale here and poboys dont have sprouts like they do back at your home.

Came for a conference in another Hilton property but opted to stay at Roosevelt for a memorable experience as I had my family in tow. Excellent service, Concierge Norma went out of her way to assign a bigger room, the wine is chilled and the cake is ready for a surprise birthday of my husband, we were picked up on time by limo as I had requested. Location is perfect , quiet. Room is so clean. We went out twice a day and every time we come back the end is made. Soon as we checked in room phone rang and desk ask if everything is okay. It's all perfect! Already booked for mardigras 2018! Can't wait!

DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans is a large, comfortable,and luxurious hotel with a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious, clean, and relaxing. We were on the 11th floor and had a great view of the city surrounding us. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Hot and plenty of water pressure. Score! The staff were all courteous and professional. They were able to answer any questions we had about dining, entertainment, and of course the hotel itself. They also give you a warm cookie when you check in. How about that?! For me one of the greatest features of this hotel is the location. It’s close to plenty of dining and nightlife spots and next door to Harrah’s Casino. It also puts you within walking distance of the French Quarter. With that said, the area surrounding the hotel is relatively quiet and quite relaxing. If you feel like staying in, there’s dining available on-site, along with a bar, and of course room service. The New Orleans DoubleTree also offers free wi-fi, a pool, and fitness center among other amenities. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back . Highly recommended!

We have been to the Saenger many many times. We saw the band Chicago last night and had a fantastic time! It took us 5 minutes to park and was less then a 5 minute walk to our car. The theatre was beautiful as usual and the Saenger staff was very friendly and helpful. The sound was outstanding! The acoustics in the theatre are great! I will admit the cost of mixed drinks are a bit steep, but really no more expensive than any other venue. Overall, it was a great night! We can't wait to return in June to see Boston!

Happy Birthday to Jackson Square today. It is once of the most beautiful placed we have ever had the joy to visit and it being spring I can smell it in my mind still.

We loved this park! When we checked in to the visitor center we asked where the best spot was to see alligators. We are from out of town and we were on a mission to see one! We were given a map and told where they like to hang out and we set out on the trail. We loved the wooden walkways throughout and how the trail changed ecosystems in the middle. We went from rainforest to wetlands in a matter of a half mile. We saw very friendly squirrels, frogs, lots of birds, incredible scenery and Two, yes two... alligators just off the trail. What a treat! We didn't even scratch the surface here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to see the Southern Louisiana countryside and meet some of the wildlife up close and personal in a beautiful setting!

This is the GREATEST Museum, I have ever visited. I have placed bricks for my Dad, as well as a couple who met while working on the Manhattan Project, another for a lady whose husband was a bomber pilot. I plan on placing more during the course of several years. I had Aunt who was older and was on a ship going to Manilla when the war ended. She married my Uncle who was at Normandy, and the Battle of the Bulge, my Mother's cousin who died at the Battle of the Bulge, two ladies my Mother went to nursing school with and served, a quartermaster who was in both Europe and the Pacific and had his superior questioning him why he kept requesting boots until the gentleman suggested he come to the Pacific and see why he needed the boots (he got them), and a gentleman who lived across the street who was also a bomber pilot. We must remember those who served our country.

States of Incarceration. Floor by floor was inspiring, thought provoking, and sobering. From the top floor, "Waltsing the Muse" , to the "Sense of Place" , and the exhibit of creations of those not formally trained, to the ground floor exhibit "States of Incarceration" hidden in the back and easy to miss, a statement in its' self, each floor held treasures of culture and social commentary in three dimensions. Visit, take your time and reflect.

Every shop I entered I was greeted by the employees with a genuine smile. The young man at the Ralph Lauren shop was amiable and helpful. However the best experience was from the young men at the Fudge Shop. They literally sing while they work. One of the best experiences ever.

Once again, the divas knock it out of the park with their customer service! I placed an order to take advantage of the Black Friday sale and couldn't figure out how to use my gift certificate. I was terrified the dress that I've been stalking forever would be sold out in my size, so I barreled ahead and just included a note with my order. When I called to ask if it was even possible to get a refund in the amount of my gift certificate, I found out that they already had a note in the system to process it! Even while being flooded with orders, the women of Trashy Diva are on top of their game. Every time I've had to exchange or return something I purchased online they've been super helpful - even suggesting different styles to try based on what didn't work. I stop by the stores every time I'm in New Orleans because I always find something amazing.

The venue is beautiful! Ariana Grande is my daughter's absolute favorite singer, so I wanted this to be a memorable event for her and I'm happy to say it was! We've been to several events there and have always had a great time. I know security is important, but this one woman posted on the floor in section "A" at the corner of the catwalk, singled me out for videoing, while I was surrounded by hundreds of others doing they same thing! And then seemed to watch me like a hawk the rest of the darn show! I paid a heap of money for my seats too!!! Needless to say it dampened the mood. Moral of story; don't single people out it's just not nice!! Ok Rant over!! My kids had a great time and I am grateful that if she had a need to show some sort of authority over someone; she did it to me and not a kid!!

Wow- I had to take a week to really get my thoughts straight. My husband and I got married there on 3/11/17, and I literally could not have asked for more. Cali helped us from beginning to end (and everything in between!). Not only was she kind throughout my many questions and details, she added input that made the night. I walked into the venue and felt the weight of the world leave me. Her and the lightening director went above and beyond to make the space warm and romantic. I could write a book honestly- but instead I will just say- if you are looking for a unique venue your guest will talk about for years- The Civic Theatre is your spot. Thank you to the entire staff for your efforts and love.
