I always think of Sharon, a teacher I know, when I see this flower. Her little students brought her a bouquet and she said "Oh, Forsythia". The little one replied "No, for YOU".
This is a painting at my neighbor Gail's house. I love to go there, her house is full of color and special touches. We have been neighbors forever and she is very special to me.
