Nice hotel! With a great Waterpark. The hotel is huge with a confusing layout. Took a while to get our bearings and how best to get to room, car, pools, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and the waterpark was great. Dont plan on bringing your own drinks to the park. You need to buy drinks from the bar (no big deal.) My 5 year old was bummed he was not tall enough to go on the slides. Believe you need to be 48". Park closed earlier than we liked 5pm and 6pm on weekends. Overall was a great trip. The family had fun and the kids did not want to leave. Good value as the room was larger than expected. The Talking Stick resort has a lot going for it, including 5 restaurants, nice pool areas, a large parking garage, and a very good high-end restaurant with good food and an amazing view. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well designed. And the resort is located near a major highway that gives access to anywhere you want to go in Phoenix/ Scottsdale. Gambling and gaming is an added bonus if that is an activity you enjoy. In all, we liked the Talking Stick and would stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel. The grounds are beautiful and there are 10 pools, so it great to just hang out. We stayed Father's Day weekend. My only complaint was that when we got in the pools early Sunday AM, I found clear plastic cups that the hotel had in the area for drinking water. It made me question whether the pools had been cleaned given the # I found. The plastic cracks easily and is quite sharp.

The only con was that I booked this place primarily for the pool and it was closed for remodeling the week I stayed here, and didn’t find out until I was checking in. Other than that, this hotel was super cute. I loved the decor and the room. The restaurant/bar Tranquilo downstairs serves delicious food and margaritas, and has great ambience. I will stay here every time I stay in Phoenix!

We recently stayed at the Omni at Montelucia the second week on March. Not knowing anything about the Pheonix/Scottsdale area, I researched dozens of properties looking for a property that would work well for our family (2 adults, 9 yo, 7 yo). There are a lot to choose from but because of the deal on the Omni, we ended up going with it. We are so happy we did! The property is beautiful, pictures on line don’t do it justice. We had a room in building 9 in the back side (single story). It had a yard area in the back that the kids would run around and play in. I read some reviews saying the buildings were forever apart...it was about a 3 minute walk to the main pool, so I guess those people don’t enjoy walking and enjoying a beautiful property. The resort has 2 pools, the main pool and an adults only pool. We spent time at the main pool. Again, loved it...no slides or anything crazy like that but put a kid in a pool and that’s all it takes. A great time and will be back!

We loved our stay at The Scott Resort. The lobby and common areas are beautifully decorated and service at the Canal Club for evening cocktails and breakfast the following morning was great. The rooms are large and well appointed. We loved spending time at the pool, but wish it was better staffed. Sometimes we had to wait a long time for simple orders like iced tea because our server was so busy. Also if you didn't get down to the pool early (8:30AM) and mark off your lounger with a book and towel, almost all seats were taken by 10AM. Then those loungers would remain empty for hours on end--it would be nice if they more closely managed this. The hotel was lively but not party like. There were two different business conventions on site while we were there and also a number of locals that came by for dinner or drinks. We loved using their bikes to go for early morning rides around Scottsdale and would definitely return.

I have stayed here multiple times when traveling through Phoenix and found it to be a good value. The rooms are clean, although they feel a bit sterile from the lighting, but well laid out. For a traveler coming through and needing certain proximity to the airport without being right there it is great. Not posing itself as a luxury hotel, but comfortable to stay at. Having wireless, microwaves, fridges, and good hot water with good pressure is important to me. They use dispenser soaps/shampoos etc in the bathrooms and showers which I appreciate to cut down on waste etc. Fresh cookies in the lobby, breakfast, laundry, and fitness area helps this rating. From a personal standpoint, I wish they felt a bit more warm but nothing I would complain about. The price (online) was good as well.

Loved this hotel!! The Hotel Valley Ho is situated perfectly for walking access to the best restaurants, galleries, and museums. But why leave? The atmosphere at the hotel--an iconic mid-century gem that sparkles with sunshine and cleanliness--is inviting. Open the vast sliding glass doors and step out onto your private patio or balcony and enjoy the breeze from a sprawling chaise. Dine at ZuZu and taste from small plates inventively prepared and delicious. A wonderful experience and a great rate!

My wife and I were on a Covid vacation to AZ. I ultimately chose Hotel Adeline. We booked the one king suite. Very nice and spacious, loved the setup. The main complaint we had was that the room does not have enough lighting once the blinds were drawn for the night. During the day you could honestly walk around naked with the light filter blind but at night you need to close them up. The lighting is very limited everywhere, but especially in the vanity bathroom area it was very dark. Some additional lights throughout the room would be awesome. Saying this , we would definitely stay again and we will be back. Very safe and clean area full of many many restaurants and shops.

The staff were very friendly I had call to see if we could checking in early and asked if a ground floor rm was available. Not for an early check in but it will by Reg check in time. Our rm was for a sgle dbl bed but we wanted 2 dbl beds Leana the clerk that checked us in gave it to us at no chge and we even got a ground floor that we wanted. I would stay there again. The location was in a good neighborhood. We had a very good experience. Thank you Leana at Best Western Mesa.

Our visit started very poorly, but wound up ok. Key cards were not properly programmed, had to go back to desk and have new cards programmed. Wifi did not work, even after trying the desk (and IT) multiple times. No joy on day 1, but the wifi was back on day 2 and remained for our stay (5 d). Morning of 2nd day, there was no hot water in the shower/bathroom. Also, when we returned to our room at end of day 2, housekeeping had not even been in the room. After tweeting at Hilton, and multiple volleys of conversation, by day 4 local management stepped in. They made it right, giving us an appropriate discount on the visit. All issues had been resolved. Slow, but correct response. Staff didn't seem to be as responsive as they should for a Hilton hotel.

Although my stay this time was only overnight, I have stayed here previously and can highly recommend this Hotel. It is in an excellent situation and within easy reach of Scottsdale Old Town, Fashion Square, and the Phoenix/Scottsdale Metro Area. Although the Hotel offers breakfast and has a bar service it is in easy reach of the many restaurants in the area. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable with a large sitting area and although It could be argued that the toilet is small you don’t spend all your time in the toilet, at least you shouldn’t.

Stayed in two different Casita King rooms on two separate nights. Both rooms were clean and very large. More like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Staff was very helpful. Subtracted one star on cleanliness due to old furniture and appliances stored in the tennis court out back. Really not a big issue since you only see it from the parking lot or if you peak out the back window. Just something they could improve. Subtracted one star on facilities due to no ice machines (you can get ice at the restaurant a short walk away) and no specials on breakfast or golf for guests that I could find, but honestly never asked the front desk so there may be some. Would definitely stay here again.

We love the Boulders. Best value for the money. Great couples place. Wonderful golf course. Rooms show a bit wear but not bad. Sliding doors to outside don’t slide well.....all tree years of stats. Some tiles/rocks in floors ate loose (every visit). Best to stay on Casita without room above you. Sometimes a bit noisy. Great food and service. Fantastic golf but not good golf carts until they replace them next year. Bug mistake yo. It carts made in Asia. Don’t hold up like E-Z Go carts. Batteries can’t handle the heat. Troon Nirth and

Booked a King standard room for our 10 year Anniversary. During check-in they mentioned our room was upgraded to a King Suite at no additional cost. The room was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was in the middle of nowhere but that was a good thing when we wanted alone time. Casino was just down the hall from our room. Can't wait to book another stay.

The staff were wonderful, the rooms and facilities were great. It was my wife's birthday and everyone went out of their way to make sure it was memorable. Management sent a bottle of wine with a card signed by the staff to our room. We never left the hotel since everything we needed was available at the resort. The restaurant and bar had great food and drink specials, no need to go out. The grounds are beautiful and we felt like we were hundreds of miles away in an exotic place when we were only a few miles from our home. We will definitely be coming back every chance we can.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We came in very late the first night and got a king bed suite despite having reserved a 2 queen bed suite. The gal at the front desk was super accommodating though and told me to check in with her the next morning to see if a 2 queen bed suite became available. Well there was no need to follow up with her because she called me and let me know a room had opened up. Front desk staff was very sweet and helpful and did what they could. As for other aspects of the hotel, the beds were pretty comfy and it had what we needed. We were also very impressed with the complimentary breakfast which included 2 types of scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage links, waffles, and breakfast potatoes--in addition to the usual fare of cereal, coffee, juice, etc. The cleanliness left something to be desired though, particularly the pull out sofa bed and sheet it comes with. It was gross to say the least. Overall, if I'm staying in the area and want to save $, I'd stay again.

Our stay was great. We loved being able to walk throughout the shady resort with our little ones. There were 8 pools throughout the resort and we loved that. At one point we had a pool to ourselves for the evening. The rooms were clean except for a huge yellow stain on the cloth headboard and on the cloth on the chair in the room. Parking was also horrible but I think that was because the State Bar was being held while we were there. We had to park at the parking garage which was a little bit of a long walk, but on the same grounds as the resort. Those were the only negative thing I noticed...this hotel is also pet friendly which was awesome.

This is a lovely place! A treat to spend some time at. We feel well held at the Villa Mirage. The level of cleanliness is outstanding! Groundskeepers are great. It feels safe. The units are outstanding! It really feels like a luxurious home away from home. Washer and dryer in unit is so awesome! Pool is amazing. My two teens and I truly enjoy our stays at this location. We will be back!
