Perfect location, price/value combination, very clean in the room.

I am not the person who wake up early in the morning, that's why the noise which maids produced every morning was too loud! General impression is very good, but small details did not allowed to make it perfect. The door to the bathroom did not stay in closed position, always opened by itself. Free wifi connection was not proper in our room which was on the 7th floor. In the lobby - much better. Did not try the breakfast, that's why I have no comments. But there are a lot of small cafes around the hotel to have relaxing morning with cup of coffee and more...

The staff were very helpful and had good english. The location was very good in terms of being between two good metro lines. It was 15 mins walk from the ramblas which was good for having a quiet location and a good nights sleep. The room was very clean, lots of tv channels and a good security deposit box.

The pool was overlooked by appartment blocks, which is fair enough for a city location - but it may bother some people. Breakfast was very basic so would recommend going out of the hotel to a cafe for breakfast.

The rooms and bathrooms were wonderful! It was great that they have a dining facility there! The front desk was very helpful!

We only wanted a room for three which the hotel did not provide so we ended up with two double rooms which put us out of our budget! No breakfast was served with the room! The location was the farthest from the areas we wanted to see! More so than all of our other hotels we stayed at on our trip!

The staff were excellent. The room was clean. The location good, a little away from the hustle and bustle but only a walk to everywhere including Metro and rer. Would stay again!

Close to many vegetarian restaurants, close to metro Urgel and Aerobus stop to and from airport. Very nice swimming-pool area

We stayed in adjoining rooms. The rooms were clean with good amenities. The location was central to a couple of Metro stops, but the actual neighborhood was somewhat in transition. All in all, a good stay.

No coffee maker in room. Poor Wi-Fi connection at times. Safes weren't present in every room.

Problem free - nice hotel

Restaurant staff not too attentive - the football was on TV when we arrived and stayed on as the waiter was obviously a fan but not asked if we were happy to have it on - even just out of politeness. A smile now and again might have helped.

Location was great and staff was wonderful!

The safe in the room was broken and we requested that t be fixed and it never was.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful and also spoke excellent English! Our room was upgraded to a junior suite but since we have now enjoyed three separate stays at this hotel we believe that all the rooms are spacious and well-appointed.

We were in a room at the front of the hotel facing the road. The traffic was noisy in spite of the multiple glazed windows and I did not sleep well as a result

Actually I didn't dislike anything, though I didn't try the gym nor the breakfast so I can not judge them

Staff very helpfull. Checked us in 2 hours early as we arrived earlier than expected. Massive Bed. Knew the area for cash points and directions to points of interest given in English. Ordered a taxi for the airport on check out.
