Olympic Solidarity’s aim is to organise assistance for all the National Olympic Committees (NOCs), particularly those with the greatest needs, so that they can develop their own structures to favour the expansion of sport in their country.

There is support for athletes, coaches and the promotion of Olympic Values.

FISA works with a variety of partners to bring development projects to different nations and regions. The coaches and officials who work with us are registered through their national federations. At the moment we have a complete team.

The development of rowing is a challenge. This section covers topics on how to get started on running a successful rowing club, federation, training group or other fields.

This section is dynamic: information will be added or updated. Expect to find articles (eventually) on accessing funding, creating links with schools, welfare and safeguarding, safety auditing, selecting and testing rowers, anti-doping policy, running competitions, equipment maintenance and coach training.
