Hestan Commercial

Our affiliate, Hestan Commercial, reinvented the restaurant kitchen with inventive and insightful design – which has already earned Kitchen Innovations awards for our French top and modular salamander and cheesemelter shelving system. The Hestan team spent years talking to chefs, then engineering around the way they really work. The result is a thoroughly purpose-built kitchen that not only lives up to culinary passion, but also stands up to daily abuse.

Every high-end, heavy-duty, customizable appliance from Hestan provides cutting-edge design and performance, from single- or dual-flow burners, to French tops, hot tops, griddles, and more. Range base mounting options include conventional and convection ovens, cabinets, and refrigerated or freezer bases, all with modular configurability.

Hestan Commercial is headquartered in a state-of-the-art 70,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Anaheim, CA – including a showroom, testing kitchen and certified testing lab. We continue to collaborate with innovative chefs like Thomas Keller to create products that not only keep pace with culinary evolution, but stay ahead of it.
