Manuela, helmed by Chef Wes Whitsell, is heavily influenced by his culinary roots and upbringing in rural North Texas. The menu highlights artisanal techniques, including in-house smoking, fermenting, preserving and pickling, and celebrates locally sourced seasonal ingredients.

Named for and inspired by owner Manuela Wirth, the restaurant will provide guests with a unique experience where art, community, education, sustainability, and food unite. Learn more.

Raymond Pettibon, the artist behind the incredible wall mural in our private dining area, has an exhibition 'A Pen of All Work' which just opened at the @newmuseum in NYC. Read all about the survey in this month's issue of @cultured_mag, and if you happen to be in the Nyc area, be sure to check out the collection that digs deep into the mind of one of the most influential living artists in America. #raymondpettibon #artist #manueladtla
