In 2020, ApiFix was acquired and became a wholly owned subsidiary of OrthoPediatrics Corp. (Nasdaq: KIDS), focused exclusively on advancing the field of pediatric orthopedics and improving the lives of children with orthopedic conditions.

OrthoSpin was acquired by Synthes GMBH (part of DePuy Synthes, the Orthopaedics company of Johnson & Johnson) in November 2021.
