A dear friend of mine has a Christmas craft show and sale every year which is absolutely amazing! I honestly don’t know how she comes up with new creative ideas every year to fill a barn. This past weekend, we got to visit with some friends that we haven’t seen since June and then Sunday, we had our church’s Christmas Coffee Fellowship. Sweet Potato Casserole with Crunch Topping
Tomorrow is our Senior Citizen Luncheon at church. The younger ladies and kids in the church prepare a turkey dinner with all the fixings and come together to serve the Thanksgiving lunch to older people in our church and the friends they bring. This is one of my favorite activities of the year! The people we serve are thankful and appreciate this gesture of love so much, but we who are serving are blessed so much more by their response.
