SNOTGIRL VOLUME 1: GREEN HAIR DON’T CARE and VOLUME 2: CALIFORNIA SCREAMING are in stores everywhere. They collect issues 1 through 10 of the comic book. SNOTGIRL VOLUME 3 will consist of issues 11 through 15. They are currently being released in comic stores and digitally (comixology). VOLUME 2 comes out late May (collecting ISSUE 6-10). Title: CALIFORNIA SCREAMING. There will be an exclusive Barnes & Noble edition with a poster (we also did this with VOLUME 1). The B&N edition will be released May 29. Comic stores should have the regular edition on May 22. NOTE: The regular edition is extremely beautiful.

Hi Tumblr people, it’s been quiet for a bit!! But I have been working on something that you may want to hear about: my first ever game, Perfect Tides!! It’s a point and click adventure about being a teen. Written, directed and animated by me, with environments by Soren Hughes.

i talked about this a bit on twitter, but i wanted to post some thoughts here anyway! it’s hard to believe it’s been 4 years since i posted the first chapter on here!!! back then, i almost didn’t post it, because i was scared no one would read/care about a story about epilepsy, but i posted it anyway – and i’m very glad i did! making a comic about my illness helped me become functional + brought me in contact with great & understanding people. i’m not exaggerating when i say that mis(h)adra has been a miraculous journey; making this comic saved my life and guided me to a healthy place. i’m happy that i get to continue this journey with this new release of the work and am always very open to hear others’ experiences with reading it. my askbox is always open for questions about epilepsy, coping with illness, and general thoughts.
